hello, i wrote about this here:

    http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/665938-medical-patient-summery/?do=findComment&comment=9097045

i hope this helps, let me know if you have any specific questions!

Edit: sorry still sleepy! Knigthsbridge have stated so long as the record is no longer than 10 pages this is fine, sounds like you have the right information :)

Thank you so much for replying and helping!! :)

  2. My fiancé and I paid £30-ish pounds for his full medical file and immunization records. We received a “patient profile” that lists any medications/problems/allergies and all of his consultation notes since he was a child. It’s 8 pages long.

As for his immunization, they are photocopies of small cards with his info/booster etc, not a full list of every immunization he has ever had. There are several pages similar to this.

Are these the correct files files needed to take to Knightsbridge medial? I want to make sure before we travel to London. Thank you.

  3. We haven’t booked anything, just buying decor and things like that. The venue is free and non public (belongs to a friend) so that is no issue.

As for Cr-1 over k1, I’ve been able to be with my fiancé the entire time we have been waiting for our k1 to process. He was over on an esta when we applied, and I flew back to England with him. So I would definitely take being with my fiancé as much as possible and sooner vs the other. We are both young (21) so I’m not too stressed about waiting for the green card and other steps required after our wedding. We have time. We just want to be back home in the states already!

anyway thanks for all the opinions.

  4. Hi, I’m the american petitioner, my fiancé is a UK citizen. We are due to get our NOA2 in May hopefully. Just trying to get all of our documents sorted before the interview.

we are using my grandfather as a financial support.

So, what I have so far is:

My i-134, with tax return from 2017 and letter from my employer

My grandfather’s I-134, and his tax return from 2017

and we are working on getting the police certificate for my fiancé now.

can anyone help with any other documents or anything we will need for the interview that we need to get assembled ahead of time? I just want to triple check everything before time lol.

  5. Quote

Start getting the I-134 ready with the supporting documents [e.g. proof of income].London will accept any proof on an I-134 that clearly shows income. Some ways besides a tax return/transcript are employer letter, pay stubs, pension letter, or banks statements showing direct deposits. Pick two. You don’t need to prove income five different ways. If you have a new job or earn more income since your tax return, then an employer letter and recent pay stubs are a better choice than a weak tax return. This one has to be sent the old-fashioned way with a “wet” signature on it. Copies of the form aren't accepted, but your proof of income can be scans or photocopies.

The above text is quoted from one of the pinned threads here, on what to do BEFORE you get noa2 for our K1 visa

I have ordered my tax return from 2017, and need to get a letter from my employer for my second proof.

I understand it needs to be signed from my employer, and likely on company headed paper also, but what else or what exactly does it need to say on the letter? Anyone have any idea or help with this please? Thanks a million <3

You are the main sponsor regardless of your financial ability, your parents or grandparents will be your joint spnsor.

You will need to fill the i-130 form and your joint sponsor(parents or grandparents) will also need to fill in separate i134.

if you have filed for tax return, you need to include those too, if you haven’t because you weren’t required to due to low income, include a statement saying suchthings.

your joint sponsor also needs to provide their tax return documents or transcript and proof of current income.

Okay, so we both file different forms. That makes sense. Thank you very much

Part 1 will be your parents or grandmother's information.  Not you, since you are not the sponsor.

Part 2 will be your fiance's information.  She is the beneficiary.

Part 3 will also be your parents or grandmother's information.

Note:  In part 3, questions 26.a through 37, your parents or grandmother will enter NONE, since they did not file the K1 Visa.  If you were the sponsor, you would enter your fiance's information in this area.

Part 4 will also be your parents or grandmother's information.

Parts 5 and 6 will depend on whether you used a translator or hired someone to fill out the form for you.

Thank you very much. I’ve seen somewhere that bank statements and tax forms from the irs are required.

if my family is the support, will THEY need to gather their bank statements etc, or will I need mine personally?

  8. So, for the i134 affidavit of support form, I am a bit confused. My family (either my parents or my grandmother) are going to sponsor me as I don’t meet the requirements financially by myself.

My question is, how does the work for the i134? Does my family fill out the form? Do I? Are there separate forms for us to fill out, or specific parts they have to fill out? I am just a bit confused. Any help is very much appreciated.

  9. My fiancé visited America from October 4th 2017 to December 28th 2017, basically like three or four days below his maximum 90day ESTA allowance.

Would he be allowed back in the USA at the end of this month (March) or would it be foolish for him to try and come back so early ? We have NOA1 and are waiting NOA2

  10. I won't go into details, but due to unforeseen circumstances my fiance and I are going to attempt to have our petition expedited. I've been searching online and haven't found much information about it - I've seen posts from 2008 and 2010, but things from that long ago probably are no longer relevant.

Does anyone have any insight on who to email or call, or what forms we can fill out? Thanks so much.

  11. My fiancé and I are in an emergency situation and moving houses (I am with him currently while we wait for NOA2) - we are moving tomorrow or the next day.

What steps do do I need to take to update USCIS on our move? I know there’s an area on their website but is there anything further that needs to be done? Are they going to request proof or anything else? Sorry I am stressed and just want to make sure we sort everything correctly ..

Actually, case number is not needed for the DS-160. Receipt number is sufficient.

But, do not rush to submit the form. First of all, it needs to be no more than six months old by the time of the interview. And second, the information has to be current.

You can fill the form up, in preparation. Just login at least once a month, to prevent it from disappearing. Then submit it with fresh photo, closer to the interview, and when you are sure no information on the form is going to change (addresses, foreign countries visited, etc.).

Take the confirmation page printout to the consulate.

Good to know, thank you very much for the info. We just want to be as prepared as we can be.

  13. Hi everyone, my fiancé and I are wondering how exactly to go about getting police reports, or what exactly they need to show. He lives in a very small town in England and I feel like the officers may not know what we are after if we request a police report for him. Any tips on what we need from it ?

Also, is there any other documents that we should begin gathering early that he will need? We haven’t got NOA2 yet, but we are just trying to get prepared for the interview and gather everything needed.

Any advice or tips for the interview would be much appreciated as well. How did your experience go in London?
