Got an email from our immigration lawyer. She received our NOA2 today!! I was so excited that I forgot to ask what the date was, and of course, the USCIS
site has not updated our case status. Hoping that my wife (USC petitioner) will have received the letter in her mailbox, when she returns from a night of celebrating this evening. Our NOA1 is 07/11/17, will update timeline when I get the NOA2 deets
Congratulations on your approval! Thank you for sharing. Hope everything goes smooth for you guys in the NVC.

My mom's case is finally approved, after mistakes from uscis and several phone calls. I received the approval letter today, dated for 02/03/2018.
Pd. 05/31/2017.
Texas
Btw, on 12/22/2017, uscis "sent a rfe letter", that I never received. Cuz it was a glitch in their system or so. After waiting a month to ask them about it, they reviewed and told me that it was a mistake and to keep waiting... no status changed in the website
Congratulations! You must be relieved.
Thank you for sharing. Please, don't forget to update your timeline.

any new update anyone, still waiting here, have a question they say that they take cases as they come in and i saw one that was for the end of oct and it was approve what gives, am so confused.
11 minutes ago, rammstein said:I don't think that is true - at least not for Texas. Are you sure you saw Oct 2017 and not 2016? It looks like, at the moment, TSC is processing June-July cases.
It can be expedite cases guys.

Hi guys!
Your are right! I spoke to an immigration officer of tier 2 today, he said they are processing June applicants. My sister filed August1st and got her approval today TSC. So hang in there approvals are on there way as we speak! He told me I should hear from them in 5 weeks if not call back my PD July 10 th.
Hey I am form August 3rd. How did your sister receive the noa2 by mail or by update on the site?
thanks for sharing, and congrats for her.

Please can anybody enlightened me, about the situation of TSC
What is the last PD got approval from TSC?
Their processing time information page is soo frustrating. I'm almost feel like loosing my hope.
It's really hard to stay away from your loved one.
According with the visa journey timeline, the last PD approved in TSC is 07/19/2017. What's your PD?

My wife called the customer care they informed that the normal process is taking 12-15 months minimum. I filed back in April 2017 haven't heard back yet since then. Wait is killing me.
If your are in the USCIS step, I would definately call Texas Center and ask to talk to a tier 2 agent about my case. Also, I would open a case request as well.

Anybody for August filer got approved?
I saw one person on the visa journey timeline, but the case was K3 made into CR-1. The beneficiary was from Argentina. Besides that one, I don't know anyone. My PD is from August third. I can't wait to start listening about August approvals.

Guys! Approved I130.
PD: June 16th
Approval date: Jan 19th
Received in mail: Jan 25th
Off to NVC.
Hang in there people, happiness is around the corner.
How much time from this point to appt? (Approx)
Uhul! Congratulations on the approval and thanks for sharing.
The NVC is the next step, but it is difficult to tell when Texas Center will send your file to them. It could take a week or one month as I have seen in here.

It is sad too that we had so little approvals this week. On this forum I just remember of one.
I was so hopeful Texas would start reviewing more July cases, now I just want to listen some news

guys no up date yet on the processing time, soo annoying, seriously (stil have the dat of 10/31/17) we are in almost Feb 2018
It is bad. And if you call there they say that they are on February cases. Really?! Hahaha. Since October 31st they are reviewing February cases. I feel bad for the people that don't know about the VJ. I was one of them and It is terrifying see no change in the time expectations.

I just wanted to inform everyone I got the approval today, my wife left me (not a legal divorce but left me) back in August, I love her deeply and have informed her of the approval but she has not replied at all and she has read my message. I have stayed here in the hopes that our dates can be used to help others - I will update my timeline now although I don't believe my wife will be doing the interview or medical exam. It pains me beyond words that we have worked so hard for this and we will never enjoy this beautiful opportunity to live together that we waited so long for.
Texas Service Center I-130 spouse of a U.S. citizen
Country of beneficiary: United Kingdom
PD: June 7th, 2017
Date on approval letter: January 18th, 2018
Physical approval letter received in the mail: January 22nd, 2018No RFE's, also no case status online on USCIS website or any USCIS phone apps. I had actually called USCIS about a week ago and a tier 2 officer told me 105 days as an estimate and here less than a week later I have the approval by mail.
To all of those of you waiting, love conquers all. Please hold on to each other, please be patient with each other. Instead of thinking ah there is so long to go, think of what a beautiful thing it is to have someone who loves you so much that neither time nor distance could ever come between you two. Your time will come, I wish you all nothing but infinite happiness on the day of your reunions.
That is so sad! I was really hoping that she would change her mind after the approval. Maybe she will think about and realized that the love between you two is worth the distance.
Anyway, thank you for sharing with us and updating your timeline. We appreciate your help.

Thank U 4 sharing your experience with us, now that we know that they are not sending the files to the NVC fast, I think we have a month or a month and a half for preparing the documents por the NVC step, I was approved January 10, I hope to hear something from the NVC in middle-ending February, but I already have my passport pictures, the pictures for the medicals , and the appointement this week for the police certificate, I think it's a way to save time later.
I think this post is for @mrsfranklynw. But in whatever case, as some people have post here, they are taking a little time to send cases to NVC.

I am so sorry for you! Hopefully things will go quick now and you will have your loved one soon! God bless the end of your journey .

so after 14 weeks i finally got a case number from NVC they said that Texas wasn't sending all packets
OMG! 14 weeks is crazy! What is wrong with Texas Center?! When I read things like that I get upset. I can't stop thinking that on the past people were approved within 4 moths, now we have to wait luckily 7 moths and one month for NVC.

Hi My PD its july 11 2017 I try to open a request and I got this..
Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage.
but another person pd july 11 try and got an email that it will get news by feb 05
do you guys know why I wasent able to place a time enquiry
I am sorry you didn't get any answer. I have been noticing that nowadays even call a tier 2 agent sometimes doesn't help. They give a different excuse every call.

So I bet a lot of you have been approved already as me but its the system that shows the case with no update
This is what I came to realized as they are not updating the systeam with frequency. Hopefully more approvals are on our way. Thanks for sharing with us. Have a blessed night!
