Well just checked and our visa is now showing issued took 2 weeks from the interview but finally looks like we've made it on to the next phase. Good luck to everyone still waiting hope you all have good news soon

You're quite fortunate.  We were given an interview date two months out and despite repeated requests to move it sooner, all we got was a canned, cut and pasted answer that that was not possible, there was no waiting list, etc.  Meanwhile, someone with the exact same NOA2 date as us but requested an interview long after us got a date long before us.

We are also, after verbal approval at interview, still waiting for anything whatsoever to happen with the visa, and have a wedding date that is swiftly approaching.  I swear those idiots in Sydney are just drooling onto their desks and not actually doing anything, but anytime we reach out, we get more canned answers that don't help.  It's infuriating.

When did you have your interview just curious how long you've been waiting for the visa to be issued

Yes was originally given an interview date of May 29th but contacted the embassy through email and asked if it was possible to get an earlier date. Was given an interview date of the 17th of April

if it will only let you search immigrant it’s because you are searching with the NVC case number, to search non immigrant I needed my DS160 AA reference number.

but change of status is considered normal in between the interview and issue.

Hmmm so on ceac status check after getting verbal approval at the interview the status was administrative processing for 12 days now it has changed to application received anyone else have any experience with this?

Fiancee had her interview on the 17th and was given a verbal approval but status has been in administrative processing since so close but still waiting I guess

My Fiancee is at her interview right now so I've become incredibly anxious decided to pop on here instead of continuing to pace back and forth while sweating 

Got an interview date finally and its not until the end of May pretty frustrating considering how long a wait this whole process has been.

It was Feb 13th not sure why it took so long our file was just at uscis waiting to be sent to the nvc I called a few times but all they would say was it could take 4-6 weeks to be sent

After waiting a month for our case to arrive at NVC which it finally did 2 days ago I received an email today saying our case has been approved to be expedited and was sent to the Australian embassy 

Well after a month our file has finally arrived at the NVC we are part of the option 5 group. Unfortunately I was told up to 8 weeks processing time which is super long once again I'm hoping that it goes much quicker

Yea tried calling but all the woman at uscis would say was please allow 4-6 weeks for arrival at the NVC seems like I always fall into the maximum wait times this entire process

Got our noa2 approval Feb 13th they still do not have our file at the nvc getting very frustrated once again

They received our rfe on the 5th and the approval arrived in the mail on the 17th

They faked me out today got a notification of a case status change bit when I checked the app was still the same status hmmmm. Hope everyone is having a good Valentine's day

Hello @Naes you can add me on the list July 12 rfe received by uscis Feb 6 no update yet

Mailed back my rfe today let's see how long this takes wish me luck haha
