For me,
I got NOA2 from Potomac on 12/4. Potomac sent out to NVC on 12/8. NVC received on 12/13 ( i called NVC on 12/19 to confirmed this), On 12/22, we both got email from NVC with welcome letter and case number and invoice number
on 12/22, i paid AOS fee and submit DS-261, on 12/29, I pay IV Fee, on 1/3 i sent AOS and IV package and at night i submitted DS-260
on 1/5, NVC received our documents per UPS tracking, on 1/9 NVC scan date, on 1/13 CC
1/30 NVC schedule interview for 3/15
so in my case from NVC received to interview is 2 months

I would say start calling next Wednesday to make sure they received it from TSC. After they receive it it takes another week or so to get a case number.

Today I received a call from my lawyer telling me that our case has been approved!!!
I have not yet received the approval letter at home myself nor did the case tracker app update yet but can someone tell me what exactly happens next so I can be prepared.

YAY! FINALLY! I wish you all the best guys and hope you all hear back soon. I was expecting an RFE since I did not submit so much documentation; but I guess the officer who reviewed my case was a goodhearted one

Here are my details:
NOA1 - May 15
NOA2 - November 17 Approval  (No notification via email or sms, USCIS also didn't update my case until today)
           - Husband received approval letter in mailbox on November 25, this is how we found out

Yeah, you just call the USCIS number and I called like 3 or 4 times until they let me talk to a tier 2 officer. You just have to ask them. Some agents transfer you and some just dont so you should just keep trying.

So I finally got to talk to a Tier 2 officer after 2 hour wait but they literally just told me the same information that a Tier 1 officer told me. They said that Texas Service center is currently working on Feb 2 cases so wait another 60-90 days to hear back for your case since PD is May 8th.

This is so disappointing. How can I talk to someone who can tell me more accurate time?

Really? Congrats! Then does this mean that on the USCIS processing times website where it says "as of Sept 30, they're working on Feb 2 cases" means its not really true? That they're past Feb?
