  1. Hey guys, I'm at the stage of sending the affidavit of support, but I have a  question about the supporting documents I have to provide. Is everything that is listed in the I-134 instructions page sufficient? It has the following:

    A. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account: (1) Date account opened; (2) Total amount deposited for the past year; and (3) Present balance.

    B. Statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing: (1) Date and nature of employment; (2) Salary paid; and (3) Whether the position is temporary or permanent.

    C. If self-employed: (1) Copy of last income tax return filed; or (2) Report of commercial rating concern.

    D. List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

I've also ready that even if your not self employed you should submit the most recent Tax return? I'm just a little confused becasue the form also says:

What Evidence Must You Submit? You must submit all evidence requested in these Instructions with your affidavit. If you fail to submit required evidence, USCIS may reject or deny your affidavit, for failure to submit requested evidence or supporting documents in accordance with 8 CFR 103.2(b)(1) and these Instructions.

It sounds like to me all I'm required is step A and B listed above. Not sure if this changes anything, but our case is being sent to the Warsaw Embassy in Poland. Thanks!
