228 days waiting f for our NOA2 this is frustrating

We already have early December she's looking into it for us but due to the holidays she's been out the office for 2 weeks were hopi g to hear from her this week. 
 
Every case is different for sure however we really thought our case was straight forward we are both military so my background checks should be extremely easy to access from the UK (I was told before applying it's alot easier). And we provided enough evidence of how we met as we were stationed together. 
Our RFE was additional evidence of intent to marry. Originally we had our wedding planned for 12th Jan we provided them all the deposits. But apparently that wasnt enough they needed a letter from me saying I was going to matry my fiance. Which in the instructions it states it may be an intent to marry statement or other evidence, not it must be a statement of intent. 
Now we can't get married when we planned. 
 
Sorry for the long rant I'm just so frustrated with it all. I hope none else has to wait as long as us.

No we got a ref November 7th... been waiting ever since we also filed an expedited case back in October due to my fiancé deploying and it was regected so we had to file another one as it shouldn't have been regected and we've been waiting to hear from that since December 11th. 
Everytime we ring up they just say we're still in processing times We have to wait 60 days, then 30 days then 60 days ect it's frustrating. 

Don't feel bad everyone is allowed to complain... I really don't get the USCIS everytime we ring we get nowhere they say we still have 60 days until your case is out of processing times. 
And honestly our case is very straight forward from what I think we are both military and met whilst serving together in Germany in 2014. 
But thank you me too... when I return to the UK at the end of January I am unemployed as I had to give a years notice to leave the military... theres me thinking back in January 2017 that it would be more than enough time. So that is even more stress adding to my life. 
I hope everyone in here gets a speedy approval and doesn't have to wait as long as us 

Oh no I can remember seeing your posts a month or two ago. 
 
Everytime I ring USCIS they say our case is within processing times and we have to wait. Their annoying. 
 
I really hope you get something soon 

Same I'm still in the US visiting for christmas I go back to the UK end of Jan. 228 days we've been waiting and still no NOA2 we filed may 25th. 
I'm so frustrated with it all USCIS can't tell us anything and says our visa is in processing times.

Congrats! Love to see approvals but love it even more for folks who were waiting past "normal processing time"

I'm day 201!  May 26th NOA1.  I'm fed up with this process and seeing like 20 approvals and June is now moving swiftly.

Has anyone with a NOA2 approval in November receive their NVC number yet? We were approved Nov. 10. My fiancé wants me to call, but I think it is futile at this time. If I am on hold for an hour and they just tell me the same junk as always, I worry that I will get more hopeless and frustrated. I thought waiting 180+ days for the NOA2 was bad enough....this feels worse as we were ready to get everything done and start our lives.
 
PS: Hang in there NOA1 folks. Ours came with no update to the app (still shows us as "received") No email or text....just hard copy in the mail. So don't stare at that useless app for too long, it may never update.

I have just emailed ours told them we had been waiting 206 days which is out of the process time and told them a brief description of our relationship

Totally feel you we are at 206 days... may 25th filer. We've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a recipt of out RFE that was only a letter of intent to marry. 
It's starting to cause arguments in our relationship as we've been long distance now since april 2016 and it's draining us.
Just keep positive maybe book a holiday away together. I'm heading to the US in 3 days for christmas just to be able to have a break with him. 
 
Just remember that day will eventually come. Stay strong
