  1. Now that both petition are approved what happens next to the petitions and what are the steps i need to follow.

I have already started gathering supporting documents and i have already downloaded packet 3 and packet 4 from embassy website. What else i need to get and what does my spouse need to get.

    Any help is appreciated.

Hi Illidan,,, CONGRATULATIONS!!! wow!!!! its a very fast approval. I think this is the first aprroval i read and know among January filers... this is a great hope that we are looking forward, CSC is now starting to release approvals... I hope and pray ours will also come very very soon!!!

  2. thanks to all of you who responded,,, at least we know now that almost all filers of January and actually december still have no NOA2 yet,,, this is a little bit comforting because we are on the same status... maybe CSC has its schedule for such process... Thanks everyone!!! May God bless us all and grant us "quick approval".... because once we receive the NOA2, it will be soon medical and interview schedule.:innocent:

  3. was jus talking to a friend..total no of 200,000 H1B cases(foreign highly skilled labour permits) were recieved by CSC n VSC..does this have any impact on our K3 processing? or in a straight way shall there be a dedicated staff for K3 processing?

hi citizen,,, i dont think so it will affect the process of our K3 papers because i think they have their manpower for each department... that's what i thought only....

  4. It has been more than 2 months now (NOA1 since Dec 30) and last touch on I-129F was Jan, 21 since then nothing from CSC for K-3.

what about others who files I-130 in early Dec and I-129F late December?

    Data Sheet

We are waiting for the NOA2 and very much anxious to hear about the approval... we understand how you feel because we feel exaactly the same... this is the toughest moment... but lets keep on trusting God,,, hopefully next week to receive the NOA2. God bless you!!!

I am ready to do the fedral tax ( married filing joint w/ foreign spouse ),w-7,and supporting documentation ready.

    my question is this.

For the state filing , do I have to wait for the ITIN # to be assigned from the I.R.S to send in the state form?

If you have any experiance or insite I would greatly apreciate your input.

    Thank you

  7. I just found out about 15 minutes ago- Marie called and said-"Guess What Hun" - with some definite hesitation I said- "Yes-what happened Honey" and then I heard a loud "WE DID IT HONEYYYYYYYY" I just kinda sat there speechless for a second- it felt like I was dreaming- it really did. All I could say was-Oh My Gosh- Oh my Gosh  . As the minutes go by its really starting to set in and I am getting Happier and Happier. I do have to say one of the first things I thought of was wanting to post the good news on VisaJourney. WOW- I just cant believe it. My Honey got approved - She was so very nervous about this interview and I cant say I blamed her at all. But she did it (L)

I gotta go now but I will post again about the details of the interview as soon as Marie calls me back and fills me in. She didnt tell me much because she wanted to go get something to eat, she was starved-didnt eat breakfast and was at the embassy since 4 AM.

And by the way- THANKYOU EVERYONE that has helped us on this leg of our journey, We couldnt have done it without out you, well maybe with a lawyer  Thank You all and God Bless- Gary and Marie

wow that's great,,, CONGRATS!!!!! GOD truly blessed your journey!!!:whistle:

  8. I filed a G-325A for the I130, and it is listed again as a requirement for the 127f ....

Can I just send in a copy of the G325-A that I sent in for the I130, or do I need new signed copies? Thanks!!

my wife and I signed 4 complete sets( 16 pages each). From instructions, I understand that each page needs to be origional signiture and date. there is 4 pages to each G325-A >remember to make an exact copy of each I-130 andI-129f for future use.

  9. :help: hello co-vjs,,, i need clarification on using blue pen in signing signature... We used blue pen on our I-130 and I129f just for the signature but i heard from a friend that they were advised not to use blue pen... Is this a big deal? Does it affect our application? I really hope,, somebody could share answer to this,,, thanks and God bless us all in our journey

  10. I just received three Emails from 'CRIS'. Our I-129F is approved!:dance::dance: Our timeline is in my sig but by my count that's only 51 days from NOA1 to NOA2. I know there's a lot of couples who filed before us who are still waiting. I hope ours is just one of many approvals coming from the CSC soon.

I don't know if the CSC workers read VisaJourney.com or not but if they do all we can say is, THANK YOU so so much!:)

Congratualtions to both of you... truly an inspiration huh! We are also praying for our quick approval like you..,

    God bless you...
