Just got my case and invoice number. It was sent to nvc Jan 29 and received Feb 6

My case was closed Jan 2 

And approved my i130 instead.

So happy.

My husband spent the holidays with me and just got back to US today. The approval notice welcomed him.

last week they approved some cases around 16th May and 17th May from the notifications i received

Got the email from our lawyer today. No updated status on the website, mail or notifications. I even tried calling *YESTERDAY* (10/20/2017) to USCIS and they said it was still pending...

Congrats.  Please did you file as a citizen or a permanent resident? Because some March filers haven't gotten their NOA2 10

This really pisses me off that cases above me and below me are getting approved and they are not approving my receipt number. why don't they go chronological order.

 

 

 

 

Maybe they divided it into groups like permanent residents, US citizens .
