Good day fellow November filers! Still waiting for our (nowhere to be found) NOA2 😂😂! Just a quick question...fiance is from Washington State. When we arrive in the US, would it be okay (for me) to stay for a week in SFO (with the fiance) and then drive to Washington State? Will there be an issue immigration wise? Before next week starts and most likely for us to see some October approvals, I wanted to add;

Remember! The first 2 weeks is when they will focus strongly on the month before!

All those from September hopefully is to see some good clear up!

 

For October; @Daniel P will be doing scans daily, however as he is still with his fiance till Tuesday (this is like the one thing we all hush  ), if there's any movement I'll be updating you as well  

I did one on October last week and saw some number of withdrawals, which usually happens 1 or 2 weeks before the month starts! So Good luck!!

 

We finally said a nice goodbye to our long waiting May filers this week by them getting their noa2s,

I was browsing the Immigration timeline and just saw that one (indeed) from November filers just got their NOA2 recently. Date of NOA2 was March 16. So yeah, Mr. Bean is back in the office! haha!

but apart from that, there was a rogue adjudicator (as we call that person, also known as Mr.Bean) who went ahead and approved cases of November 16 received date, only in vj we saw 4 of those cases that got approved at the end of January. These cases are not updated online so they don't appear in these stats. However the one that appears there is an expedited case.

I hope all adjudicators are rogue or Mr. Bean ahahahah! But cases are moving faster now than the previous months.

I just went through this at great length leading up to my NOA2 from the CSC.   USCIS wants Certificates of Conviction which are usually a 1-2 page document certified by the Court Clerk.  Save time and future anxiety by making certain there are no COC's that have been forgotten or misunderstood. Go in person to the Court Clerk of each County there is a conviction in and ask the Counter-person  to search the USC's name  to make certain you're not forgetting (mistaking)  any other incidents where a record may have been made. This will show "Unclassified Misdemeanors" (VTL, sealed  & other  convictions that are considered misdemeanor convictions but not usually reported).  A friendly relationship with the Clerk at the counter can save you months of time down the road.

 

Advice  suggesting that ALL court and police documents ever created must be produced, is mistaken. The court's entire  file is not needed either.  Just the COC for each conviction that will be certified by the Clerk on the date purschased.

Hello everyone! My fiance is about to file/send the K1 application. Regarding Criminal Information/Records, my fiance noted all the offenses/charges in the application form but he does not have the court's record on hand. My questions are:

1. Does he need to include the court's records in the packet and

2. Do I need the court's records on my interview at the embassy?
