    This is not for me to decide or even suggest what these poor people will do with their lives. USCIS claims common law partners can be eligible, it is why I posted the question. I don't understand why there is a need to repost the same answer multiple times, in a derogatory way, with videos. We're talking about people who lost everything. Read the room.

    Hi, I met this couple that touched my heart who I would like to sponsor. He is ukrainian but his girlfriend is from Moldova, a non-ukrainin national. She has never been to Ukraine and they met in Moldova through the refugee center. Would she qualify to join him in case the application gets approved? Thanks in advance!
