We filed online today too and it was pretty smooth, also it still shows all the files you sent with the petition so they can't really 'lose' documents this way. Only issue we had was not being able to put Present on the current address and employment but you can attach additional information on each question so we just wrote it there instead.
We already got assigned a IOE receipt number and now just hoping they do really assign all petitions filed online to potomac.

Hi, I wanted to start a new topic for those of us who applied using the new online application given that little is known about how this process will work. For those who are debating, the online process was super simple. You fill out an online form that basically auto-populates the I-130 PDF form that we all are familiar with and you get a download-able PDF version all filled out at the end. You are allowed to upload all you evidence as pdf or jpeg files. I did pdfs. I didn't have an issue with page/file limits as some others are mentioning but my longest file (relationship timeline) was only 9 pages long. We had the paper application all ready to go but I liked the idea of security in knowing that all the materials that were sent had arrived and I wouldn't have to stress about that.
We filed and received an IOE number and notification that our case had be accepted for review the very next day. On the case status, it says that our case is "being processed at our Integrated Operating Env location". Not sure what this means but have reached out for clarification. Will let you know what I hear.
hey how did you sign the i-130 as I thought they didn't accept printed signatures

The landlord can write a letter to that effect.
Gather what you can. Continue to keep evidence of such.
Tax filings jointly.
Alright, we were planning to file it next week, do you think the evidence we currently have is enough just for the approval of the i130?

You need to provide evidence of bona fide marriage. Yes, the evidence of co-habitation will go a long way. Any evidence of financial commingling will go a long way. You can send pictures but go light on the pictures. Joint filing of taxes, insurance, ...
As we don't really have any financial commingling right now, I was thinking of sending a few screenshots of paypal transactions between each other in the span of 3/4 years, receipts of gifts like wedding ring, necklaces etc.., a few pictures of each trip(and proof of them) we've done and from the 7 months we lived together, marriage included. I arrived in the us midway the lease, she let her know her tenant but we weren't made sign any new contract and I left before the new one, so the only proof of living there I got is mail I got on my name, including multiple from USCIS which I will add. She doesn't have much family, so we had a courthose wedding with her mother present and had dinner at her sister's, they could both write an affidavit but I think this is all the evidence I can gather

As the title says we had our K1 Visa approved in Sept 2018, I moved in the Usa in Nov, we got married in Feb and filed for AoS in March, had biometrics in early May but due to a family emergency I had to go back to my home country, we sent a withdrawal letter and they accepted it.
Now we're looking to file for a CR1 Visa, is there any issue we might face due to the abandoment of the AoS?
Also do we need to load the petition with bona fide evidence or will plenty of pictures and all the K1/Aos process plus living together for 7 months in the US (we still have all USCIS notices from it) suffice?

My fiancè sent back a RFE last week and it said delivered on the 6/6, they never updated the website so today she called USCIS to ask if they received it.
First the Tier 1 said she can see as much as you, but then she was like let me dig a little deeper and after that she was like we received the response on the 6/6,everything looks fine so now just wait for a letter on your mail soon. That's a bit weird to me, I thought Tier 1 officers knew just what was on the website like the rest of us, so it that reliable or nah?

Thanks for the answer and I'm the beneficiary.

So my Fiancè, in the i-129f form, ticked the yes box in the 'if she has ever been arrested, convicted, etc' question and explained she was arrested for a DUI in 2014, but she didn't mention some petty larceny case(always in 2014) as she thought it was only about arrests. At the time we sent the application(November 2017) she hadn't solved either case yet for various reasons but in a few months she completed the CS hours, paid all the fines and the court closed both cases in March this year. We got all the signed papers from court as we knew a RFE was likely coming, and indeed last week they issued one and it was for her criminal history, so of course we'll mention both cases this time and send all the papers but is there any chance we might get denied because the cases were still open when we sent the application and we only solved them while the application was pending or is that rule just for the 2 year in-person meeting requirement?
-
By some people logic's we would still be on January 2017 since there is a VJer from that month who is still waiting for their NOA2, I'm thankful they don't get to decide how USCIS works tbh

Can apply for ssn after entering US, but after marriage, you will need to change the name. Not sure if this is part of the AOS forms, as I haven’t read them.
Also, I think you need some form of I’d for driving licence, which comes with AOS?
I think you can get an International license in your country which lets you drive in the us for up to one year depending on the state.

Yes! Although if you've been living in Italy since 2007 and have gone to the doctor (I imagine) he probably has your vaccination records--right? We're planning on him going to the doctor a bit later to get all the vaccinations needed, that we he won't have to pay. I know there are three documents and we plan to get them in August (we're January filers) while we're in Tirana. One of them has to be sent directly to the Naples consulate which is a bit worrying to me. My fiance says birth certificate is pretty simple--I've heard from people that your birth certificate doesn't need to be dated after a certain date but I'm not sure. Mi fiance says it can't be older than a year? Also we need to get translations done for the Albanian documents (preferably in English since we will need this for AOS as well) and police certificates from Italy. We both have to do the same things so keep in touch please!
The birth certificate I got in Shijak had the english translation included, I don't know if they do that everywhere in Albania but that's a plus.

Hi everyone,
This is not weeklies or dailies but an explanation for especially June and forward cases (but I'll put it in May too for information)
I have been asked a lot why I think things are getting better, even though it does not seem like it, or what is my evidence..(actually wait let's not even go there)
Now I am putting the weeklies, since September for the months April - September.
What April went through and caused this overload is superb, and extremely sad. I am continuously saying May is in better shape and I hope after these number you will also see what I mean. April never had a peak time. The numbers were always low.
we don't even know how many cases there are that will never be updated so I would put a 15% on top of these numbers
Why I believe this 15% is also correct?
Because there are 1500+ April cases that looks like pending, but the number of people left in the April forum who's still waiting is way less!
Think about how many left in May and what is the situation in May right now? Oh so many of their NOA2s are on its way I'm sure!
That's why here are the numbers also with the 15% added values...
Love you all Now everybody go out and play!
These are only the cases that are touched or approved but excluding the rejected and received cases (especially for september)

I wrote I met my fiancèe on a pokemon online game, if they have the courage to send me a RFE asking if it's an IMBRA website I'm gonna respond yes and put Pikachu as the IMB's name.

October is still scanning but I believe it's 3000-3500
september is around 3400
but at least 400 cases already rejected each (wrong form, wrong amount etc.)
Thank you and that's nice isn't that theoretically at least one week less work than the spring and summer months which average 4k cases per month
-
How many i-129f applications have been received in September and October?
-
Thank you also one more question we submitted the birth certifcate as proof of citizenship, and for the evidence of meeting in the last 2 years we copied just the page of the stamps and wrote it's an original copy of the passport signed and dated it, but I see some people got a RFE asking for all the passport pages and I'm wondering if signing it was enough?
-
Yeah I was just pulled over, tested and arrested for DUI.
-
So we answered yes to the question 4.a and on the question 4.b we just wrote arrested for a dui in 2014, since it doesn't ask for court or police and records and it's not one of the specified crimes will we get a RFE about it or is that enough?

From what I've seen here most if not all F2A Visas go to the California Service Center so that might be the reason
I was just quoting a response OP got from USCIS when they asked what service center do petitions filed online go to
