I can't seem to paste the url here for some reason, but if you go to travel.state.gov and use the Search function (upper right-hand corner of the screen) and search for "Sample DS-160", you get a link to a sample .pdf DS-160.  You can't fill this out and upload it, but it gives you a good idea of the basic form.
 
The actual DS-160 is an interactive form, so what questions you get may differ somewhat from the sample in the .pdf.  Based on answers you submit, you will get a different subset of questions (for example, if you select that you are applying for a student visa, you will get questions about your school history that you wouldn't get if you were applying for a visitor visa).

Yes, you should include job experience in resume. Best if they’re relevant.
 
Look at the job description itself for language to use when writing your resume.
 

No problem. At my oath they gave us voter's registration forms. If they didn't do that in your case, it'll depend on your state. Your profile says California, so presumably that's where you're voting. It seems that they allow you to register online through: https://registertovote.ca.gov/?ref=voteusa

yes i just clicked your hidden contents and saw you already had the interview. Which 6 of questions did they asked you? And about the writting test, did they asked you to write all the sentences they said? Did they only says it once or repeat it? I will sending the paperworks maybe after Christmas due the severe weather in my area ( snowing too much ), so it will be better maybe around January so i can get my biometric after winter ended
