Just to give update to all my August filers buddies, my case was received by NVC on March 16 and I was able to get my case number over the phone on Friday. Now its your turn guys.

Thank you @ms_bobdog. One more day to wait before monday so I can call them and ask to review. I might need to go buy me some more of that jackfruit flavored icecream lol. 

Sadly, if you happen to get anything done on Thursday or Friday, the weekend will seem awfully long. Go do something to occupy your mind... maybe eat some ice cream or something. I used every bit of progress here as an excuse to eat something nice  

NVC received March 16. But no case number yet. Any one got lucky in last couple of days ?

Just decided to call one last time before the end of the week. And to my surprise I got my case number after 6 weeks of them receiving it from USCIS. What a relief and now I can enjoy my weekend. Now waiting on that precious "welcome email". Have a good weekend y'all. 

My  case was completed today 2 months and a day after NVC received my case. Hoping to get interview date soon!

Just decided to call one last time before the end of the week. And to my surprise I got my case number after 6 weeks of them receiving it from USCIS. What a relief and now I can enjoy my weekend. Now waiting on that precious "welcome email". Have a good weekend y'all.

5 weeks for case number, and then 19 days to CC with no checklists.

Mine is a regular case too. I think 8 weeks is a standard reply they give it to all the people. They are nothing but a bunch of parrots who recites whatever their master teaches them. 

I have seen few of the March 14 and 15th receive case numbers, I'm March 16 and hoping to get mine till end of the week. I have been Calling them at 7 in the morning everyday and tired of hearing the same answer. But there is noting we can do except waiting. Hang in there guys we will have it soon.
