I received formal notice from USCIS yesterday saying my i130 was approved on the 28th of Feb. My online status still says received.

I received formal notice from USCIS yesterday saying my i130 was approved on the 28th of Feb. How long should I wait to call NVC and verify if they have received my case.

i got my Transcripts from Online through their  website,  and used  " the Return Transcript "   so option 1  , tax return transcript, 

shows all the important things that they look at , income etc

Which type of tax transcript did you guys send to NVC? I assume its the first one "Tax Return Transcript".

Update on my Case:

I talked to the tier 2 officer today and she said a decision was made on my case yesterday (on the 28th) but she can't see what is the decision. She said only thing she can see is a decision is made and is in the process of being mailed. Not sure if I should be happy. I pray its not a RFE.

NSC works in a weird way. There are still many july cases pending and here they are already approving few august cases. Few case numbers right before me are approved. Hopefully I'm on the same pile and they will get to mine next week.

Is there a way in USCIS app to find out if the case number around my case are filed for immediate relative, adult kids or siblings? Few of the cases around me are approved. Just wondering if they prioritize spouse and minor kids over other cases.

Congratulation. I'm right there behind you as my pd is aug 2. Someone posted the NVC checklist few days ago, scroll few pages you should be able to find it

August 2 Nebraska PD here. I'll be completing 7 months next week. I see few approvals for July, hopefully they will start working on august cases soon.

Any late July to August approvals yet? I'm aug 2 pd.

It looks like now  they are sending more 130 cases to Texas service center compare to NBC.

The USCIS rep told me she can't tell me any information about my case with out my wife calling in (my wife is the petitioner). Has this been the case for all of you? Did you need the petitioner to call in? This is my first time calling in, my wife was the one who called in the past.

I was tracking some may 22 cases. I see one more May 22 got approved today. I hope yours is coming soon as well. 

So I called USCIS for the first time today and ask to talk to the tier 2 officer. She took all my information and did a call back request. I was also told that it can take upto 5 business days to get a call back. Is this normal? or should I try again?

August 2 pd here. Long long wait here, don't even wanna think about it. Congratulations to everyone that got approved.
