I am a US citizen and I have an opportunity to visit China as part of a group that is traveling there for a week. My Filipina fiancee has her visa stamp to enter the United States. Can she apply for a tourist visa to go to China with me? We will return to the Philippines before leaving together to enter the United States. Will there be a problem at the port of entry entering the United States?

I have a question about what happens if the NOA2 expires. My Fiancee needs a police clearance from Qatar. It took 4 weeks to gather the requirements to request the police. The package has now been sent to Qatar. However, they say it can take up to 3 months to obtain the clearance. We cannot request the US Embassy interview in the Philippines until we receive the clearance. What should we do?

Just got the app loaded and figured out how it works. Then BANG!!! APPROVED. Awesome. The timing is so good. I leave Friday to visit her for 2 weeks. We can begin to make plans.

Thanks.
I am going to visit my fiancee on Friday for 2 weeks. It would be really nice to get the NOA2 while I am there.

I am a filer from the second week of October. I asked my Senator to look into the status of my application. He said it is "Pending Review" and should be completed in 45 to 60 days. My questions are: 1) Is "Pending Review" a normal status? 2) Is the 45 to 60 days to completion given just so I don't bother him again?
Thanks.

She can't add him to the lease because he is not here to sign. And even when he gets here he has no job so he still can't sign the lease. This is simply a criminal background check to live in the complex. Photo copies of the documents he submitted and the passport stamps should be good enough. The complex needs to show that they did their due diligence to keep the place safe.

Rent the apartment as a single person. When he moves in you can deal with the application fee then.
