too my case about 3-4 business days of review btw

My SD was 11/28 and my case has been in review since 12/29, so i think it jist depends on the case...

So i just called and our case was sent to the review department on January 2nd.  Does anyone know about how long after it gets sent there you hear for a CC?  Our scan date is 12-1-17. Also, congrats to everyone getting CC!

Just an update, I had my interview on Friday January 5th and I must say all went well. I am currently waiting for my visa to be issued and to actually receive my passport in hand.
 
Thanks for the support received from several members. It was truly appreciated. 

Finally I just called, our scan date is December 20th and we just have to wait!! 
Praying so that we can all have a CC soon and without a checklist  !!

FINALLY!! My status changed to At NVC and my AOS line dissappeared, which sould mean a CC!

Called and Confirm . Case Complete for me. Scan date Nov 27th. CC Jan 3rd.  Woo hooo So Happy and Relieved!!!! 

Hi all, introing myself. I'm the USC and my wife and I called the NVC today and confirmed they received our i130 petition from Nebraska on 27 November. The man on the phone was very friendly and said to call back in a week, and by then we should have a case number assigned. Can't wait to get this show on the road.

Finally it's all over 😇😭

The status changed to ISSUED right away, I'm hoping that's a good sign, I'll try calling by Friday to see if they have a tracking number.
There had been delays last month cause of a computer problem, hoping that's all gone.

Interview was today and got approved !! 
Finally after almost a full year this is over !!!

I have the same SD. On Friday, I was told by NVC when I called that my case in under review; I am hopeful to get a CC this week.

We will sing our song and dance our dance this new year.Happy New Year Guys.Love You All
