My email application is always open checking for new email every minute automatically. And for it to come in at 10.31am ET goes against the 5pm batch email thing which I was convinced was right....

But there does seem to be some trends with approval. Yesterday just one person (if I remember correctly) was approved, but there has always been plenty on a Tuesday, not so many on a Monday and plenty on a Friday. Wednesday is the odd day....

Does this then mean that if you area warded an NOA2 it will be updated online first, then the email is generated at the end of the day?

Just a general observation, but I notice that most people seem to get a their NOA2's towards the end of the business day... (5pm ET)

However, is this just because this is the time people come back from work or is this when USCIS posts the actual change? I know touches are updated there and then... but not neccessarily any change to the case.

I can't remember anyone getting notice during the day... Can anyone correct me?
