Yes! I got my NOA2 approval on 22nd May

When we were pushing them by e-mail  before the 45 days, they had a very quick response "we have 45 days yet, please wait". 45 Days only for us to follow their procedure and stop annoying them, because at the end nothing happened. Now that 45 days are over they didn't respond the e-mail yet. On the phone we could only open an inquiry as well and its very frustrating. That's tough but hang in there!

Hey, I know it sucks but I'm glad there's more August filers out there still waiting otherwise I would really be panicking! Yeah I had the exact same thing during the 45 days, and just like you say now the 45 days are up all I've got is another inquiry and 15 days to wait this time! Hope you get some good news soon! 

Hi August filers

First time posting on here but I'm just getting really anxious about the wait for our NOA2!

Our petition was received on August 23rd 2017, on March 21st 2018 I submitted an enquiry as it was outside the normal processing times and was told our case was being adjudicated and should receive a notice of action within 45 days. Fast forward 45 days, still nothing. Called again to query, got put through to Tier 2 who could only tell me that the case was still pending and put in another request and told me I know had to wait a further 15 days for a response. When we hit that 15 days, it would've been 9 months since our petition was received, I know it's a long process but I feel like I'm getting no information and just constantly being told to wait longer, I know it's a waiting game but daaamn give me something!!

Is anyone else also waiting this long to receive their NOA2?
