Thank you for both of your answers. We moved after I filed my aplication and I'm thinking that USPS messed up the mail forwarding and my notices got lost. I notified the USCIS too but their confirnation of address change came after the biometrics appointment.

Hello everyone, I'm happy to see other November filers here.

I have a two concerns:

1) The only notice I ever received from USCIS was the biometrics appointment notice. Was I supposed to receive a confirmation for my AOS, EAD and AP forms? Did you?

2) I received texts and emails confirming that all my 3 aplications have been received. However, on my biometrics notice only my AOS and EAD are mentioned, not my Advance Parole. Is it normal because the EAD and the AP are on one document, or is this something I should address the USCIS about?

Not only on April 5th, that got 11 RFE's and a NOID (12 visible actions out of 67 cases... they really dag it hard on that one), plus another NOID for April 4th  and 12 RFE's more for April 3rd... and that's only things we can see.

Will they be back to a 'normal' working rate? We can always hope

 

Thank you for this info, my Android USCIS app showed only 3 RFE's.

Are the dates you list recieved dates? I'm on April 3rd and becomming really upset with them.

The case tracker is not updating for NOA2 (we think) and hard copies of NOA2 won't have been sent out over the weekend. The NOA2's we heard of yesterday were mailed last week and ones mailed yesterday won't be received for a few days. So we should expect a couple of quiet days mid-week to account for the weekend break.

So many people with received date April 3rd got their NOA2 already /my date/ and we still don't have a letter. :/

Would you be using Apostille for any of your documents (Birth certificate, Criminal records, Marital status). I will for sure get it for my Birth certificate since it is for life, but I am wondering about Marital status and Criminal records. Criminal records are only valid for 6 months and as far as I remember I need it for my AOS. Apostille is expensive and my embassy's site (Sofia) does not say anything about it. 

Also, will you be using professional legalized translations? I read that people have passed their interviews with documents they've translated on their own.

I see people with NOA1 on April 5th have gotten their approvale. I'm on April 6th!

Thank you. I searched around a thousand cases with USCIS Case Tracker Pro app (Android), but eventually got banned and now can't check my own case. 

I am guessing there hasn't been any movement today yet.

Does the USCIS send out a NOA1 letter to the beneficiery of the petition as well? 

I see some people talk about blood tests and all. Is it possible to schedule a medical exam date before recieving NOA2? My embassy's site says that I need to have an interview date scheduled first, but I'm not sure I really believe them. 

I checked so many cases that I got banned from USCIS for a while lol

That seems about right. 

Do you know if my fiance in the US has to send me his police certificate and marital status certficate, or do only I as a beneficiary need to present these? Do we even need to present a marital status certificate - some sources don't mention it.

So my fiancè is super sceptical about emailing his senator and told me to craft an email and then he would send it. I've no idea what to tell a senator tbh, we don't really have that type of authority here.

Hello everyone, hope I can join the team anxiety party lol

My NOA1 is from April 6th and I am losing my mind, not to mention I missed my university deadlines because of this delay and won't have a nice summer wedding on our anniversary  

Now I'm freaking out because of my passport photos - they are 35mm x 45mm and it just won't be fair to get an RFE for that when we all pay so much for a service that takes 4+ months to even open our cases and gives us no information whatsoever.

Idk. I know everyone is anxious. I just wish for some clarity.
