Congrats!!!! My interview is on the 22nd of February! Fingers crossed! How was the interview? Did it take long or no? Many questions or no? Thanks beforehand :)

Thank you so much! The interview was great because I had a cheerful CO. You will never feel nervous at all when talking to an officer who is friendly.:D

The questions were the usual ones: how we've met, when and where? When we've last seen each other and for how long? What my fiancé do for a living and where he lives. Maybe 6-7 questions only.:D

I called back again today and NVC let us know that our case had been forwarded to the consulate . It was at NVC a total of 27 days so 35 days from our NOA2. I'm not even sure now if we ever were in AP, but hopefully if were it means that the wait has shortened a bit. The best suggestion I could make is to just keep calling until you talk to someone who can give you the right info, how helpful they are seems to really depend on how you talk to...its really inconsistent. Good luck to everyone, I know how hard the wait can be.

Yes, very hard.:( we got our case # last Oct 2nd. Until now it's still there. I hope we will have good news next week. Happy for you:)

I raised this inquiry to Philippine Forum, Hank and the rest of the guys told me that it does not matter what is the status of your case, as long as you have the MNL case number you are good to go for Medical.

And yes, I can testify that even if the ceac status is "AT NVC" you can proceed to SLEC.

You're an angel! You made me the happiest today! Thank you!:jest:

    Hi,

    Thank you.

I just printed or screenshot the CEAC status "AT NVC" and submitted to them, together with SLEC Online Registration, Photocopy of Passport Biopage and passport. SLEC only needs the case number, when I was asked where is your NVC letter, I gave the printed screenshot. And thats it. :)

Wow! Really?! So happy they accepted it. I'll give it a shot on Monday(even if Ceac still won't update) once my Fiance's documents arrive. I'll go there with my  Ceac At NVC screenshot.:D Thanks for this very helpful tip! Really appreciate it.:D

    Hi everyone,

    Hope all is well.

Had my medical done October 10 and 11. While my case in  ceac status was "AT NVC".

As I am done with my medical so is my ceac status changed to "IN TRANSIT".

Thank God for the success medical and for the ceac update.

Congratulations! So happy you had it done even before it says ready and even without the NVC letter. May I ask for the papers you showed to them? Thank you!
