Can you elaborate. What makes you think it's acting weird? Just what is going on?
it took several days for dhs site to update while uscis had updated several days earlier, for one
second: dhs site shows exact updates several times on the same day

Hi guys I applied for I 751 back in June 2017. I just checked USCIS DHS website says New card being produced but Case Tracker app and case status website doesnt show any update. I m confuse, Which site should I believe, M i actully approved? Please reply ASAP
i wouldnt rely on case tracker app, which is a third party app, they are not really accurate. if dhs site tells you are approved, then you are approved. this long process things at uscis drives people crazy, people just have to stay calm
dhs site is supposed to be much more accurate, but i noticed it has been acting weird lately.

What she said makes no sense. So what's the deal with 18-20 months they have on their website?

Hi all - this is just an update, as I just got back from an Infopass appointment at the St Louis field office.
I went to have a stamp put in my passport as my extension letter ended this week. The woman who did the stamp for me, told me my case was still in CSC, and that the info on the system that 'my case has been moved to a field office', was basically immigration speak for, we moved it to a different room in the CSC. She also confirmed that the wait time for this now is at 42 months, I'm an April 2017 filer so she said I would most likely have to see her again next year for another extension stamp.
just an estimate, i dont think we should pay too much attention to it, i could turn out to be more or less, there isnt much we can do

If you have already submitted your from and see that there are some errors in your application, use this link to file a service request for typo errors -> https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do
are you sure what that is for?
i think one can only correct the errors at the interview

I applied October 2016, transferred to NBC May 1st and so far no update. Counter is at 59 days so next week I am allowed to start an inquiry.
Haven't filed for the N400 yet.
So don't get your hopes too far up yet.
Around my case I looked at 300 other cases, some are still at the status received by local office. 16 transferred to NBC early May 1st to 3rd and so far no change for all of them
John
when did you search 300 cases ? with which app?
case tracker seems no much updates for last several days

has anyone of you double checked your N-400 before submitting the form? (you can print your n-400 while you review it)
i noticed some problems, for example:
-- online data seems not transfer to the n-400; let's say you checked to have your name change, but the form n-400 check "no", but still keep the new name you want to have on the form
-- nationality was picked online, but it didnt get to transfer to the n-400 form
-- i registered two accounts on dhs.gov, but two accounts have different layouts/interface on evidence section, for the same file names with "_" (underscore), one account allows you to upload, the other account doesnt

Yup! I plan to do the same and upload other evidence that will supplement my case.
Thank you! I've updated your entry.

I gave first part of her CRI89 number which is EAC 17213. Your answer refers to the digits after those first 5, which I never specified or questioned.
nope, i was talking about first 5 digits

That’s true for the case trackers but the uscis dhs account (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) usually has more details and that’s what I meant when I asked @Phrince! 😊
you will get yours soon

Congratulations! Did your status ever change on your USCIS DHS account? Like
”name was updated” ..”Card being produced”..etc?
uscis.gov site seems not provide updates, these case trackers cannot seem to get updates information

Can someone explain this ?
Wife filed I-751 in July 2017. Her EAC is 17297 which indicates late July 2017. This is understandable.
However, when she got BIO appointment this triggered the CRI89 number which is EAC 17213. This refers to April 2, 2017 which is a meaningless date.
How can CRI number be earlier than I-751 number . . . and refer to a date on which nothing happened.
I noticed that others showed a similar pattern of numbers . . . but no one (that I am aware of) ever raised the issue of this illogical dating of CRI89.
you assumed cri-89 number is calculated the same way as i-751 does, it is from completely different methods. if you search all cases around your wife's cri89 number, you will realize that they include almost all kind of cases, not just i-751

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ <-- the site is back up and ive read its usually a step ahead of egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/
in some case, it is other way around

Oh ok, I know this one. Thank you anyway!
It's weird though cuz according to DHS website they waived the filing fee which is not true
when you filed i-751, uscis created another form for you, called cri-89, which you didnt pay for. "waived the filing fee" was talking about cri-89

Same here. CSC filer as well.
Got a notification this morning from MyAccount@uscis.dhs.gov on my I-751 number. But when I checked the other site, uscis.gov, no update. So I am not certain what to believe.
they are separate systems, dont always work together

sometimes it isnt

Just got an email from DHS page saying my card is being produced! Yay! No update on the normal USCIS case tracker yet... hope it isn't a glitch lol
case tracker app only gets case update information from uscis.gov site, it cannot get any info from dhs.gov site because it requires extra secure code
one can get any case information on uscis.gov site as long as one has the case number
