So my combo card was sent Nov 9th and I received it today (Nov 13th). Please take into account that there was a weekend in between so it might be shorter for you if it's sent on a Monday for example.
 
They received my case on Aug 1st. I did not do expedite, I did raise an SR but it hasnt been assigned to anyone, so its just like I didnt at all.

Yeah weekends count. Some apps will count the days for you. Also they count because i got an update today, which means they work on weekends apparently. I kind of knew this before because I saw other people, but usually on weekends I calm down and look less at my status because I feel like it won't happen to me! But it did :).

Yeah weekends count. Some apps will count the days for you. Also they count because i got an update today, which means they work on weekends apparently. I kind of knew this before because I saw other people, but usually on weekends I calm down and look less at my status because I feel like it won't happen to me! But it did :).

For jobs I think translation and tutoring can be done from home, via skype for example or having people over. Since we are all from different countries, unless we are from an English speaking one, we have some skills in a different language that we can share :).

I'm not really sure what to do still as I feel like it's not outside of normal processing times.
 
Has anyone found SRs to be of any use? Basically people tell you what's up but it doesn't make the case go any faster, does it?

Thanks for the info! My wife and I definitely have financial hardship but I don't think we will be accepted for expedite. I'll look into it though.
 
So... Is local office the same as "Field office"? I'm looking on google but I can't really find anything about local offices
There's a USCIS office in Oakland where I did my fingerprints, but I think they only do that - fingerprints. And there's a field office in San Francisco; would that be it? The thing is when I look at the processing times there's nothing about travel & work permit. There is something about AOS though. I feel like I was super informed during the whole K1 process but somehow now I have absolutely no idea where my file is, what's going on... It's a bit weird and stressful. So EAD is at NBC and AOS is at field office?
 
Where should I post my timeline?

i wrote to support. They wrote me back and i sighed up to this site. They asked me to send picture of my passport, pics of my visa. After i could see my travel history, if i wrote with caps letters. Arrival was ok, but departure - i saw the day after my arrival. Strange
 

Providing she has other proofs should be fine.

Just so you know it's the same for me. Maybe a week ago I had access to my travel history, and didn't realize I would need it for my AOS so I didn't print it out. Right now I can't access it at all so it must be a problem with the website.
