Hi,

I'm trying to get the AOS package done fast because my 90 days will be up soon, I was wondering if it would be possible to reuse the letter my wife's employer wrote for the 1st affidavit of support, when I was preparing for the embassy appointment (March) for my K1. Her job has not changed at all since then and her employer just went on a camping trip and is only coming back next Friday so I don't think we will have a new letter until Monday 10th. And my visa ends on Sunday 9th :(.

Has anyone used the same evidence as the one used for the 1st affidavit of support? Did that go ok?

Thanks!

Hmm.. Sorry! I actually have another question!

My wife needs to prove she is an American citizen by sending in a copy of her passport. Would it be an issue that he passport has expired?

Thanks!
