USCIS transactions appeared on my creditcard today 😍😍. How long usually it takes to receive the extension letter? Got anxious as my GC is expiring this June 19.

By the way I still didn’t receive any text or email from G-1145

I send my Documents last May 13 (around 4 PM and accidentally used the priority mail instead of the express one with guaranteed 2 days delivery since they have a cut off)

May 15- Documents arrived in the lockbox which is 1 day ahead of the supposedly delivery (got lucky 😍)

May 25- USCIS charged my creditcard.

I came to US via K1 visa. Just wanted to ask if anyone know if I can still update my SSN (Restricted with DHS Work Authorization) into unrestricted one if my 2 year conditional Greencard will expire this coming June? I already submitted my removal of condition but still waiting for the NOA.

Would really appreciate your input and response.. Thank you

Hi Pitaya. I already been searching for it and reading some stuff since we applied for AOS, as i know that my medical is valid for 1 year, some says after the medical and other says after submitting the documents for AOS, And because it is already 15 months since we submitted our files i was lost and wanted to make sure and hear those who recently have their interview. But thank you again., i appreciate it much.

Hi all, i have done my medical in the philippines prior arriving here in the US (Aug 2017)  I arrived and gave my sealed medical report to the entry point (Nov 2017). We got married and sent our documents on Feb 2018. 1 week ago i received a letter saying that our schedule for interview is on the 19th of June. Just wanted to know if i need to have another medical before our interview.. hope someone can help or give me insight on what to do. Thank you so much in advance.

Before I came to the US, I did a full medical examination (09/2017), did the whole sealed envelope thing and handed the packet to the CBP upon entry (1/2018). I filed for AOS on 2/2018. Received an interview date on 5/2019. Do I still need to do a medical examination?

Hi J&M. Did you done another medical exam for the AOS interview? We are scheduled for interview on 19th of June.  So i don,t know if i meed to have another medical examination or just show the vaccination record. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you

I am February 2018 filers

 i just recently checked my aos status and found an update which says that i am ready for interview since march 24 but didn't receive any updates or letter. Anyone with the same experience? and also i am concern with followings:

1. The medical that I've submitted was done August last year, is there a chance that the are going to require for a new medical exam? 

2. My Passport is still in my maiden name and was planning to change it this month here in SFO but saw the update and they might schedule me to an interview  anytime soon and my passport will still be in process. should it be a problem that my passport is still on my maiden name or should i renew it?

So my husband's approval letter came in the mail today dated 6/28/18.  DHS site also changed sometime during the day, it has the approval status show there now.  Thank God.  I will keep you posted.  Good luck guys.

try using my.uscis.gov it is more updated than the other one.

i checked the EAD approval notice and saw this:

"if you have pending or approved form I-140 and pending form I 485, you may request to change employers if your form I-485 has been pending for at least 180 day. 

can anyone explain this to me please.. does that mean that once i got a job i should not change employer if my AOS is still pending? even if it is part time? thank you so much

as i've checked last friday my status changed (June 28) saying that they mailed my EAD card via USPS. 

and received the hard notice of approval of EAD and advance parole last Saturday.

Hoping to received my EAD and SSN (finger crossed) this week
