Another week about to be gone, day 190 and still waiting...

I was hoping for good news this week, day 185...

182 days and counting. I talked with a Tier 2 rep today and they told me my case was assigned and I should hear something no later than Nov 23rd.

May 16th filler. Did my case go in the slow line?

I'm on day 174, this is so frustrating and disappointing
