If your number is in that list of September filers you are in. Check the google drive link -you can find it in my signature and tell me if you're not in it 😊
But it use a pc because those files don't show all the cases when used on phones
Where to find your signature?

It's something the CO will consider. It's handled on a case by case basis so there's no way to be 100% sure who they will or won't accept. But I personally think it's probably fine.
Hopefully. Thank you for your quick responses!

USEM accepts a co sponsor for the I-134 on a case by case basis...usually with close relatives. On the plus side, they usually don't even ask for the I-134 at the interview (but you should still have it + supporting evidences ready just in case!).
For AOS (after entry on the K-1 and getting married), he can use a joint sponsor for the I-864 fine.
Thankss! He'll get his Step dad for it, which he lived in the same house with for 10 yrs, will that be considered a close relative? Cuz it's his "step dad" he's legally adopted tho.

Hello guys!! So we just got our NOA1 today via text. However, today as well, my fiance decided to quit his job of 8 months that has a good pay. He planned to turn in his resignation in a few days, now my question is since before NOA2 it'll take roughly 6months for processing if he gets a new job that has a lesser pay(he'll be returning to vegas which is so difficult to get a high paying job) will that be a problem for the affidavit of support? Does the manila embassy accept co sponsor? he can get his step dad for it. What are the chances of getting denied if in case he is unemployed or has a low income(not reaching the poverty limit) ? 😕😕
Any response will be greatly appreciated !!

That's a solid package you sent there. All the best for the process and when it comes to asking questions..the person who dont ask questions is either stupid or not organized or dont care. When you ask questions and when you get to have complete knowledge about the process it clearly shows that you really are into something and you are serious and it shows that you dont wanna miss out on any document. Again, all the best
gosshhh! thank you so much..

This site is for asking questions so don't worry about that.
It looks great to me. You've included what's required and it doesn't seem like you've gone too overboard or anything. We just filed too. Good luck!
heyyy! thankss. we tried to do it as simple as possible. thanksssss. good luck to you too!!

Hello again guyss!!!
I bet I'm the most annoying member here. I always ask questions lol.
But we finally filed today! We read the USCIS website about the updated forms and stuff.
We submitted the following:
Payment(check $535)
Form g 1145
Form I-129F
Passport photos of my fiance and I
Copy of his US citizenship certificate
Intent to marry letters of my fiance and I
Proof of meeting for the past 2 yrs:
-copy of his passport pages with arrival/departure stamps
-copy of hotel receipt
-copy of our class schedules respectively. (we went to the same class)
-5 pictures together
It seemed to me that these are few but he insisted that these should be fine.
What are your thoughts?? Thanks in advance!!

Oh thank you so much guys for all of your responses. To be honest, we have alot of delays filing the petition since we're trying to get as much details or proof to avoid any denials. Cuz we never really thought of this whole process when we started so we dont have those like hotel receipts boarding passes and such. So we're trying so hard to get as may proofs as we can. I appreciate all your responses. 😊😊😊

Hi guys!!
Im kind of confused now. Is there a new process for k1 visa? Like the g325a is no longer needed? And i've looked up on the uscis website, theres nothing there that says about the proof of ongoing relationship, It only asks for the proof of meeting for the past 2 yrs. Correct me if im wrong pls. Thank youuuu!!

If your school documents can indicate that you guys were there at the same time, sure. Would make a good evidence too

Maayung Buntag dhay.
Show as many receipts as possible. Did you both stay in a hotel together and does he have those receipts? He could also use the pages of his passport showing that he was in the Philippines at this time, but photos of you both are a really good tool as well. What my asawa and I did was basically make 2 pages of collages from 20 photos of us together and sent that in to show we have been together in the past two years. Also make sure you have them on your FB if you have it because Yes they do check that as well.
Where in Pinas are you from?
Hello!! Thanks for the information. Taga Cebu ko. Ikaw sad?
-
Thanks for the helpful inputs! Too bad most of our receipts are gone already. We didn't know that we're gonna be doing this process so I guess we didnt mind our receipts. But im still going to try to look for some. our school documents wont be considered? cuz we went to the same school.

Hi guys!!
It's been a while since we last took care of things for our visa, I've been really busy at work and so as my fiance. Now I'm back at it. lol
I'm now getting our conversations for proof of ongoing relationship. We speak the same dialect (visayan), we don't usually speak in english on our conversations.
Do we have to translate them?If yes, like how? do we have to get an official translator and have it verified?
And also, for proof of meeting within the past 2 years, aside from photos I believe there should also be boarding passes or tickets etc. Unfortunately, he didnt have his tickets and boarding passes anymore but since he studied here
he had some school receipts and some receipts from purchases will those be fine? Do you have any idea of other proofs that we can obtain?
Hope for your responses. Thank you!!
-
Oh sorry about that. Thanks for replying tho.
-
Hello again everyone!!
I have a question about the proof of relationship part. If we use our daily conversations as proof like do screenshots of them, do we have to capture specific convo about our relationship like our plans in the future or about the marriage stuff like that? Or can we just capture random convos just to show that we are communicating? And what if we are speaking our dialect (he's half filipino) in the conversations, do we have to translate them? And how does it work? Should we get an official translator and certify it?
Thank youu!!!!
-
Oh really? I have read somewhere that it has to be all original forms. And that one reason for denial is if we send scanned documents.
-
Hi guys!!
I have a question, my fiance sent me the format of the intent to marry letter For me to sign later on, apparently it was just a simple and plain letter and he did'nt even put in the uscis address on the top left of the letter as well as my own address as the beneficiary. My fault, i trusted him that those are fine and i didnt even research first before mailing him the signed letter( which cost quite expensive) so the question is, will that be considered and accepted by the uscis? Or i have to send him the correct form of the letter?
Thankss!!!

Thank you so much guys for the responses! Appreciate it so much.

Hi everyone!!
Im actually new here and i need help about how my fiance and i can go about proving our relationship when he had no pictures taken with my family when he was here in the philippines last year. Most of my family resides in the province so he only met my mom brothers and sister but we didnt take pictures on those times.
It was just this year when he proposed online to me and told me about this fiance visa. However i have pictures with his family, would that be sufficient enough for proof? Along with our pictures together and perhaps some screenshots of our conversations everyday. He only came here once in a span of 8 months, and we were together almost everyday for like 7 months including the times when we were friends and dating.
Thanks alot!!!
