Oath ceremony completed. Scheduled for 12, but really only starts at 1, so make sure your relatives don't mind waiting without you or going to the cafeteria in the meantime. About 100 people from 45 countries. One person had been waiting 36 years for the day. Ceremony was just 8 minutes end to end, had to go to a separate area to take photos.
Overall from filing online to doing the oath was about 115 days. Went smoothly with no RFEs or anything. Did General option (5 years as an LPR) instead of based on marriage, as the latter requires more paperwork (tax returns and such), so I highly recommend the general option if available. On the morning of the ceremony the estimator online still said 2 months lol.
Next up is a passport (can be as low as one day or as long as 6 weeks, depending on how it is applied for), and updating Nexus (Global Entry + Canada) physically at a Nexus office once the passport is in hand, but that should be fine.
