I wanted to update that we filed 90-days before 3 years, and did it online. We got the notices online today that the case was accepted and biometrics reuse. The interesting part about the biometrics reuse is the mentioning of the pending I-751 the notice came in with both cases in it and case type mentioning both. His I-751 continues to be pending and this makes me believe that the linked both cases automatically without any special request and he may be adjudicated both cases at the same time with the same interview.

Hello! My spouse submitted his N400 two days ago under the 3-year rule. His I-751 continues to be pending but he is eligible to apply and we did it online. We did not overload the petition with additional overwhelming unsolicited information. We are gathering everything additional and will bring with us to the interview as the webisite mentioned that we could either add unsolicited documents or bring them to the interview. We only stuck to what the system requested. We did send a very thorough I-751 package for the removal of the conditions, but that has had no movement since filed over a year ago. I will keep you posted on any communications we get. We live in Miami. I hope the wait is not too long here.

It has been a year and no movement. We have also submitted the petition for Naturalization (N400). I guess we will never see that 10-year green card.

Any updates from anybody here? I have seen a lot of movement for cases between December 2024 - April 2025, but nothing in November.

Update - November 30th notice of biometrics re-use and case status online reads “case is being actively reviewed by USCIS.” we have access to all documents online so we can see all notices. We can also see uploads of the package we sent. we hope this process is fast and smooth as the original green card which took less than 90-days from submission to receiving the card. Crossing fingers.

Our time line below: package sent via UPS 11/19 package delivered 11/22 credit card charged 11/26 text message and email received with case number and action 11/26 Case is already linked in our online USCIS account, but no documents are available yet to view. 11/26 let the countdown begin!
