I am august 29, Texas center. Nothing is happened. Almost cases near my case was approved. Why? What do i have to do?

My timeline
27th January 2018: Married
25th August 2018: Sent I-130 Package to Chicago Lockbox (via the fastest mail)
27th August 2018: USCIS Acceptance Confirmation (via email and text), case number assigned, package routed to Texas Service Center
30rd August 2018: NOA1 Received in mail (received date 27th August 2018, priority date 27th August 2018)I am still waiting NOA2 for 269 days... Almost cases before and after my case are "case was sent to the department of state"

Also, my wedding is 27th january.........so i have to have interview at seoul before 14th january. is there a thing like applying for emergency interview appointment? Omg i have to find about it right now

we got RFE on 21th November. So I sent USCIS a RFE response on 25th November with priority mail express. and USCIS will get my RFE response tomorrow. how long should I wait for getting approved??
i have to know about it so i have to get interview before January 13th.

If you marry before you get your k1, then i dont think you will be eligible to finish the k1 process. You will have to do the cr-1 route. So probably just visit and be together but dont do a ceremony because you're so close to being done and the cermeony can mess it up. At the pace its going, you can expect 2-3 weeks to get approval so its possible to have your visa before the date you planned to have the wedding
@K&N2609 I appreciate your advice. I just bought round ticket so that I can have a visa interview. I hope I can get a visa before the wedding ceremony and I can get packet 3 in a month after I get NOA2. you already got NOA2!! Congratulations!! I hope you prepare visa interview is going well.

@Shaman I appreciate your advice. I just bought a return ticket. but I do not have a guarantee letter from a employer because I do not have job in my nation. So I will show the officer my return ticket and I hope my fiancé's petition is accepted in 2 weeks. and I also your petition is accepted as soon as possible.

I upload my post first time and we still waiting for NOA2.
I have a question. I'm a beneficiary and Our received date is May 18.
We will have a wedding ceremony is on 27 January 2018.
But I'll go to the America 21 November with a travel visa because my fiancé want to be together for Thanksgiving.
So when the visa is approved, I will back my nation and prepare to have a visa interview.
So do you guys expect that I can get the K-1 visa before wedding ceremony?
Is there a problem about I go to the America with a travel visa while we are waiting for NOA2?

I considered to file an inquiry, but i got the NOA2 today. notice date was 7/22. I can't expect anything of USCIS.. i am so sorry and hope you get the NOA2 ASAP!!!
