The copy of the original package seems to be a mere guide for the beneficiary to review and know all the facts and information included there, shall the CO ask about any of that during the interview.
I don't think I've ever seen that listed on any Embassy¡s website as one of the required documents for the interview.
So basically, no, you don't need wet signatures for the i-129f, just for the new documents required like the Affidavit of Support or letter of intent to marry.

Hi guys, I've never posted on here before but have been following everyone's updates and I have to say its helped me stay motivated these last four months. I just called USCIS and found out from tier 2 that my case has been approved!!!!  
I-129f Sent: April 3, 2017
NOA1 Received Date: April 12, 2017 
NOA1 Notice Date: April 17, 2017
NOA2 Approved: August 22, 2017 

Scheduled an interview for my fiance at the US Embassy in Manila on Sept 12!
 
Medical will be Sept 5&6

Some of us tried yesterday, after 11-12 days, and no luck, but I've seen a lot of people lately getting their number at day 13-15.

So... I got home and no letter in the mail. I figured it was just one of those days where Informed Delivery gives me a sneak peak of a sneak peak...  It's happened before that I received the notification one to two days prior to actually receiving the letter. So you know, no big deal.
 
Then when I woke up this morning... BAM! NOA2 under my door!  WE WERE APPROVED!

Yay! Informed Delivery shows my birthday present is arriving today. Tickets for The Killers concerts in SLC in February (my birthday is in February too). 
I know that's half a year away, but it was something nice we did while waiting for our NOA2, choosing tickets for something we knew we will be doing together and enjoying, as a married couple already  
Funny thing we got the tickets on Friday, so we were already approved then, but my point is sometimes it helps to focus on this kind of small things you'll be doing in your happily ever after 

Each country's requirements are different so I would recommend you checking out your country's portal to make sure you have all the correct documents and know the correct steps. After the approval of the NOA2, the standards steps are as follows:
NVC will provide your case # which is what the beneficiary will use on the CEAC site in order to fill out the DS-160 (visa form) and also to schedule medical and interview Petitioner and Beneficiary need to make sure they have original birth certificates and current passports Petitioner needs to have I-134 (Affidavit of Support) filled out and signed, along with supporting documentation to show proof that the beneficiary will not become a public charge (i.e. employment letter, paystubs, tax transcripts and bank statements if you're self-employed) if you are using a sponsor they have to fill out the I-134 and also provide the same supporting docs Beneficiary needs to get original birth certificate Beneficiary will need to get certified documents of the following: Certificate of Non-Impediment Police Certificate/police records (certified) Beneficiary will need 6-8 passport photos (they are used for the medical and interview/approval by the embassy) Both Petitioner and Beneficiary need to have updated letters of intent signed by each of you (the dates on these letters must be changed and reflect as current - 30 days or so from the interview date) The original I-129F will or should be sent to the Beneficiary to go over and review as the questions from the interview will come from there (although providing a copy to the beneficiary is also good) Proof of ongoing relationship from the time the petition was sent to date Being present at the interview is optional (although is extremely helpful and provides the CO with visual proof because they always appreciate when the USC is able to attend)  
Again, read over your country's portal so you can be prepared and no what to expect! Good Luck!

Does anyone else know any information on the required police certificates needed for the interview? My Fiancé is from Brasil and I just read that she will need police certificates from the Federal Police just one single document and the State Police for every state she has lived in for over 6 months for the past 5 years. Or does this only apply if she has been arrested?
