I hate just sitting and waiting, and I'd be just as annoyed with nothing sitting in CSC but at least then I knew where I was at, right now its just recieved RFE and pending, feel like its not going ANYWHERE!

I don't even have a pending status. Last update was saying the case was transferred. No notification of it being recieved and pending. I'm really hoping that I'm one of those people who don't get touched or updated at CSC and then magically get that 'approved' email.

I think I will wish this also!!! Although I have awhile to wait to catch up to your timeline!

Yes it's necessary to turn in 3 years worth, if you do not have 3 years worth than I'd recommend getting IRS transcripts.

Hey everyone!!!

I got my letter today stating that they have changed my address also! Perfect I can stop checking quiet so regularily at my old address for mail!

I never recieved a letter verifying they fixed the typo in my name on my origional potition but in the change of address letter my name was correct, so we'll see if my name is correct in all coming correspondence!

Come on no one laughed at my waitress joke!!!

I'm still Waiting, nothing since the 14th.... I hope California has my case now.... hopefully not lost in the mail somewhere!

You think it's bad that you guys can't work, it's very true the world needs nurses and teachers, but REALLY now. I'm a Waitress, there's got to be a huge shortage on those!!!

To California it went! While I was my Biometrics this morning in Helena, MT my case transferred to California. Okay I'm trying to keep up witheverything, but I am falling behind... so my case going to California means I won't have an interview or any RFE's?

Am I the only one with an 8 O'clock appointment or does everyone's day 8 Am?

I just received my Biometrics appointment for April 12th at 8 Am in Helena MT. My husband leaves for 2 weeks that day out of the Missoula airport at 1:30 PM.

How long does the appointment usually take?

If I change it, will I have to wait a long time for another? is it better to just go anyways?

the Received date is March 18th

My NOA date is March 23rd

I had to call b/c they spelt my first name wrong.. haha!

You need to look at the processing times for the office you will be interviewed at. From your info I see that is "who bloody knows"!

BTW - all processing times should be taken with a Titanic sinking iceberg size pinch of salt.
