Thanks for the update and good idea to have the divorce paper with you at the oath.

Our oath ceremony was today! We are done-done-done!
We went straight over to file for the passport today.

It is a big red flag, but certainly not an automatic denial, especially with a lot of other bonafide evidence- they understand that with the economy what it is, sometimes spouses need to live apart.
That being said, from your timeline you have been in the USA on a greencard for 5 years anyway? If so, no bonafide evidence is needed at all, you can file as any 5 year greencard holder would.

Since you are not applying based on marriage, you should be fine and this should not raise a red flag with them. Just explain that during the excitement of the interview, you forgot to update your marital status although you had all the paperwork with you during the interview.

That is actually question number 1 on the rear of your oath letter when you receive it. If divorced in your case, since your interview, just says to bring in your divorce papers.
Recall one woman whose husband had died the day before her oath ceremony, but was based on the three year marriage, was told, sorry, and she has to wait another two years.
Good question as to what they will say when not applying through marriage. But what can they say if your application is NOT based on marriage?

The OP was already divorced at the interview but failed to inform the officer. So he cannot check the back of the oath notice that he got divorced after the interview. He needs to correct this before the oath ceremony, that's why I suggested that he should take an infopass appointment ASAP.

You are doing the right thing. As I indicated earlier, your marital status is printed on your certificate of naturalization. All information on the certificate must be correct at the date of issuance including your marital status.

You can schedule with the "Case Services follow-up appointment" It is fine that you do not have a Service Request ID Number. Just take your interview notice with you and ask to speak to an agent about your case.

I went with this option:
I picked:
Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.
and it went very well. Pick the closest one for your case, or maybe it would be the same one I picked. Good luck.

Still, you need to let them know about your marital status because that status will be showing up on your certificate of naturalization. Hence, I would still schedule an infopass and correct this before the oath so that you do not run into any problems afterwards, because you had to disclose your new marital status at the interview. This can cause you big headaches afterwards if you do not correct this now.

He needs to let USCIS know about the divorce because the marital status is being printed on the certificate of naturalization.
In fact, at the back of the oath notice, they ask if you have been married or divorced after your interview. In this case, the OP was already divorced at the interview but failed to inform the officer to update his N-400 form. So he needs to do the update now before the oath so that USCIS has all the correct information and can issue his certificate of naturalization properly.
Please do not give advice for hiding information from the USCIS.

Okay just call to ask for the status on your oath ceremony letter. Do not volunteer new information about the divorce unless asked. It can take 45 days to receive the oath letter after an interview (if you call, you will hear 60-90 days).

Since you are not applying based on marriage you should be fine. However, I would schedule an infopass appointment ASAP and let USCIS know that you forgot to update your marriage status during the interview. They will update your file accordingly and if you are lucky, you might actually get your oath notice at the same time as well.

As far as I know the based on marriage to USC application is the 3 years rule. I'm not sure but I think for 5 years it doesn't matter.
Wait for more responses that can help you about the issue of not telling the officer about your divorce.

Congrats for passing your interview, i'm sure you should be getting your letter soon, maybe by early next week, in time for the 24th.
My online case status did not change and i was getting worried because my IO told me that the oath ceremony as going to be on the 24th.
To add to my worry was, my IO could not close my case in the computer and i was thinking that maybe something was wrong.
I am confident that you might be scheduled for the 24th as well, because your interview was just a couple of days after mine.
Dont worry you will get your letter soon.

If your divorce is final (i.e., you have the divorce decree) by the time you have to file, then you can ask for a waiver of the joint filing requirements based on your divorce. Just tick box "d" in part 2 of the I-751. As long as you can provide the normal proof of "good faith" marriage, you should be able to remove conditions and get a 10 year green card.
Note that the divorce must be final - you can't ask for this waiver if you are separated or the divorce is still pending. If you can't get a final divorce in time, then you may be placed in removal proceedings, but you can always ask the immigration judge to postpone until you have your final divorce. These requests are almost always granted.
