So on Jan 3rd my lawyer put a  inquiry and nothing. Today will mark 150 days and I think ill go crazy if I dont find out whats taking forever. I called USCIS this morning and they said they have started fillers for October and put another inquiry and I should hear something in 30 days. Like WOW, its 5 months and still nothing.....

Still nothing for us .......  

My lawyer put in a inquiry 2 days ago..so lets see what will happen. She did say the time frame has changed from 90 days to 120 days..... due to the holidays as well, everything has backed up. Well, may we all shed some light soon and hear good news <3 

I hope this will be our week <3

Every consulate gets it different timing. Some get it 2 days, some get it a week later or even a month. I remember when they sent out approval it took exactly 3 weeks (basically a month) Hang in there, your almost there! 

Does anyone know how long more we have to wait for Advance Parole, we submitted the AOS and Employment and Travel Documents on Sept 20 we did the bio and everything. 

Are they processing September cases?

Mine changed to that as well and i was approved couple days after

My father in law and mother in law had an interview at Kabul, Afghanistan for a tourist visa to come to our wedding party. Couple days before they told us to show strong ties and we did. They took bank statements, my in laws are in college so they had their papers that they were in school and had to be back, house deeds and my father in law job that hes working and has to be back after the wedding is over. Well all they took was the house deeds and the ds160 and they literally threw everything else in the trash. Once their number was called, they asked a few questions to my father in law...where do u work? why do u guys wanna go to us? how did ur son go to america? are u guys family? After it was done, they said sorry we cant approve you guys. Based on the letter they gave, they said they didnt show enough ties theyll be back. Can we try again?

As what I've seen here not everyone gets a NO2 later stating they've been approve. I would contact the medical place to see if you can bring anything else if u dont have it.

Long story short, but after the additional background check they did on my fiancee,  the embassy said they'll call him to send his passport, which they called after a week and said send ur passport in which he did 2 weeks ago.  Well after 2 weeks, CEAC status changed from Application Received to AP today but all of last week his case got updated mostly everyday. Well today he got a message on his phone for a delivery from the US Embassy that'll arrive tomorrow. So im so confused? The CEAC is saying AP still not even issue. SO is the visa there or not? Has anyone been through this before?

Are any of them male?, you have left it very late, I doubt they could get though the process in that sort of time and then they would be looking at buying tickets at very short notice and very high prices.

Yes theyre are males. His father and his brother and his mom and sister. How long does the process take? Do you know?
