    Your mom.

You or your husband don't do anything. Its entirely on her.

Thanks, so my workmate who told me we can apply her is wrong info?

My mom can do it online or she needs to go Us embassy to apply it personally?

No.  To petition for a child the petitioner must also be a GC holder, not the mother of a GC holder

Ooops i forgot to put open/close parenthesis for "mother"

Thats what i meant. The mother is gc holder who wants to sponsor her son. So its possible. It will takes  long time of period to process? Since the mother is only GC holder not a Us citizen?

    Thank u

Congrats!  Another data point, my Fiancee's K-1 changed to issued today Feb. 13.   Can't yet track it on 2Go but I'm guessing it hasn't been picked up yet.  Looks like the Manila Embassy is moving fast on easy cases like ours.

    Feb 13?

Great news!   Today is Friday, embassy isn't open on weekends, so maybe by Tuesday (but you could get lucky ;) ) the package will be ready for 2GO to pickup.   If you are metro Manila is should be quick after that. )

Immigrant fee, USCIS ELIS  (USCIS Electronic Immigration System - ELIS)  https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/uscis-immigrant-fee-payment-guide

I'm outside manila, 1.30 hours to get there (no traffic). I requested to send our visa to our home. But if will stay couple days in 2go b4 sending to ours probably i will going to pick up in their office.

Is their main office to pick up is in 2go Moa office?

It depends on how you selected to receive it and where you live.  If you are from Manila area then 5-7 days. If you pickup at TOGO office at Mall of Asia then the fastest.  If delivered then a few days slower. If in Luzon provinces then I have seen 8-12 days. Other Islands longer like 12 -24. The type of Visa doesn't matter.

Since you said that you are IR-1, don't forget to pay the immigrant fee on-line.

What's immigrant fee? Is that the one my petitioner need to pay before going to USA once we get our visa?

Is it showing “admin processing”? “Last Friday”, October 6?  If that’s was the day of the interview, if there aren’t any problems, should be about 2-3 business days. If you’re referring to “last Friday” as September 29, then I would call to find out what the deal is.

Last Oct 6 was our interview.   Never changed to "admin processing" our type is IR1
