The wait is brutal, without a doubt, but for all of us with great love for our partners, we will see them again, and the love will have grown stronger than ever. Approvals will come and this will all be a distant memory.

When I checked it, it was 4 pm eastern and midnight in turkey. My fiancé is in turkey came to visit him and surprisely we got our surprise

Confirmed. I am seeing RFE movement into 5/4/17 and 5/5/17. I know there were no 5/5 dates in my data last week or over the weekend. This means that there was a delay in cases being entered into online status. Now I'm hoping we see a backlog of approvals hit during today or tonight. I have my fingers, arms, legs, toes and eyes crossed.

I see your consulate is Montreal.  Isn't the Montreal consulate really slow compared to others? Average time from receive petition to Visa issue from Montreal consulate is over 90 days.  And if you are still waiting on NOA2, August might be out of the question.  Not trying to be a Debbie downer, but just be careful with your expectations.  Definitely, as you said, don't plan anything right now.  I didn't plan anything for my wedding because I knew this was going to take forever and it would be impossible to plan a wedding when everything is out of your control.  Hopefully you can get your NOA2 soon.  That wait was horrendous

@RJandHamid you've motivate us to wait patiently. You've wait longer than ours, yet you show your calmness and positivity to all of us here. 
We wish you enjoy your time with your fiance and hopefully you'll get the new notification about your file while you're there. So, you both can celebrate it together.  

I wish everyone here still waiting for NOA2 sees movement on their case soon.
 
With that being said, I feel like maybe we are stressing ourselves out by comparing our cases to previous data. It seems like there has been some tension lately. Yes, earlier filers were rather lucky in summer/fall of 2016, where NOA2 was taking around 1-2 months on average. However searching through these forums, there are many periods of time where NOA2 was taking up to 5 or 6 months, so these long waits, while frustrating, are not entirely unusual. It is disappointing to see many cases after yours being approved, and sure that might not be the most fair process, but it is what it is. Unless you are outside of the current 6 month processing timeline, there isn't much that can be done at the moment but wait. 
 
Anyway I think I'm just rambling to calm my pre-flight nerves. I'll be boarding the plane in a few hours to see my fiancé, and I really hope that when I land tomorrow, I will be able to see some approvals on this thread. Either way, we are all in this wait together. Good luck to everyone still waiting and thanks for keeping me and probably many other sane during this crazy journey.
