No kidding. It isn't a great feeling when people who filed over a month later than you already has interviews scheduled while we wait for NOA2. I'm happy for them but geez... July filers with February interviews scheduled...
True that. Day 216... Just to add insult to this injury, my NOA1 is my birthday. Thought it would be a gift. Wrong again!!

Hi Naes, If you could manage a weekly scan on Friday / Saturday it would be great, I like to see that more than the daily scans and as long as it shows 800 + touched cases I am "happy-ish" . at least they are almost matching week for week. I guess thats all we can hope for, but how the F--ing Hell we are supposed to plan for our future lives and move with this uncertainty is any ones guess!
And then at the interview we might get asked have you a wedding date? ......... "NO coz the USCIS took months to do their job, and the NVC had a back log......." etc, etc. It doesn't sound good does it? !
Sorry to rant, a few things have annoyed me today and it is only lunch time here!
I've been tracking June touched vs virgin since Nov 22. As of this morning, June is at 24% with 856 touched. An average touched per workday of 57.1.
At that rate, with 2906 remaining, it will take 51 workdays (11 weeks) to complete June. They gotta get their numbers up...

Yes they do. I am happy so far with their services.
Excellent. That should carry some weight. I mean really, which would you rather adjudicate, a professionally prepared app or a diy that requires a line by line check?

I had sent my divorce decree but it didn't include the Judge's signature. I had a full document available so I just emailed it to them and all was well. There were a few questions about the beneficiaries family, too. Once I answered everything for them they sent it out. Like I said, I have not received the NOA2 yet but they do give me a little confidence since those questions after I submitted would have been an RFE for sure.
You've made a wise decision imo. Each case is different, and without hiring a pro to spot these details, you risk adding more days to an already agonizing wait.
Does Rapid list themselves as the document preparer on the 129f?

I have to wonder after seeing all the RFE's, wrong forms, wrong payments, etc. how many people used an immigration attorney to prepare their case.
Seems it would reduce the risk of these problems. I used one to avoid these setbacks. Glad now that i did.
Having said that, there is likely an RFE in my future now too... (knock on wood)

The server is up and seems stable, at least for now.

I just got an email from USCIS.
Approved Feb 8.
What a relief after 227 days of waiting.
Time for a beer!
