Our case is from SRC and received date is March 19th, 2021 and it is now out of “case processing time” what do I do?

Our case is SRC… received date March 19th … no updates online but we had our biometric 25th aug in PHX… now we just wait and see I guess

I heard some March filers got biometric waived or appointments… I just feel left out 

101 day since received no updates yet… SRC case… I’m starting to get a bit anxious… anyone else from SRC with no updates?

Well I have no updates ☹️.. no waived no appointment… and I am a SRC with received date of 19th March

I have the similar timelinevand service center.  My case got updated yesterday. They accepted the previous Fingerprints. Did yours get updated as well?

My case received is actually 19th March… I just checked no updates yet… I have my fingers crossed 🤞 maybe tomorrow

we are SRC service center received date March 18 but biometric has not been waived yet. I’m getting a bit concerned 😟

it arrived on 3/19

text Notifications saying case received on 4/13 

but check has not been cashed yet

This is a bit strange that they didn’t take our money yet

Hi Everyone!

After waiting for over 200 days I got an RFE and they want my most recent year tax return.

The problem is when I submitted my I-864 in December I used my 2016 tax return and now my most recent one is 2017 so do I redo I-864 and make a new affiliate of support packet?? Or do I just send in my tax return I used in 2016? 

Im so confused 🤷‍♂️

Oh snap, sorry for your husband, it is never too late, fill them out and send them now, it is free anyways because your AOS is still pending, and who knows that might trigger something on your application and they will actually look at your file.

It was the case for me, I sent my AP late, 2 months after applying and I believe it helped.

Almost 6 months since my application was received for GC... I was dumb enough to not apply for AP/EAD... everything seemed to be going quick so I thought why waste money 🙄 now my husband is stuck at home ... a total of 9 months of just waiting ...

My husband came to the states on a K1 visa and we got married and filed for AOS ... we finished our fingerprinting on the 21st of feb 2018 and haven’t heard anything ever since ... both the websites say “fingerprinting fee received” that’s the last update on 30th Jan 2018 ... we have been waiting patiently but I just wanted to ask you guys if this was normal and does anyone have any idea what we should do.

We appreciate any input you guys could give us.

This wait seems pretty long.

Yes I'm glad the long part is over... I thought this would go faster it still feels long 

After about 11 days (aug 31st) from receive date I just got off the phone with NVC and they haven't received my case yet  ... after NOA 2 I'm running out of patience..

My NO2 was dated Aug 31st when can I get my case number from NVC?? And what's there number ?? Getting impatient now 🙈

Hi guys congratulations to all the March approvals  🎉 Very happy for u guys (a bit jealous too🙈) 

I am an April 17th NOA1 and I need suggestions... I kinda miss calculated or hoped for the best and booked tickets to go meet my Fiancé and I leave on the 13th of July... I thought I would have my NOA2 by thn but following all the filers it looks like I won't have it any soon... I am with my fiancé till the end of August... hoped to go to the interview with him and he was planning on flying back with me...  He is still positive that we will be approved by thn but I can't just sit and wait anymore it's been 71 days and it just says case received.... I don't know what to do 😔
