Tell them you call about 30 days ago and insist you want them to transfer you to tier 2. Try calling early in the morning.

Try to get to tier 2 they see more than the first rep.. when you call tell the first rep you called about 30 days ago and thay ask to call back so you will like to talk to tier 2 and you have to insist if not they will not transfer you..The app is not giving any updates of late.

What if i dont want to go through the birth abroad process and i want her to 

Enter with the K2 visa and later apply for US Citizenship and Passport for her 

Here in the State..

Is that also possible and thanks

  If you can pass citizenship to your child they will not be given a k2 visa.  If you can't pass it to her then yes the visa will be issued and you can do the citizenship in the US

I became a US citizen on April, 2015 and Child is borne on September 2016 and have been present is the US for 6 years.

I want to know if i can apply for Birth abroad for my child when she get to the states with the K2 visa

Or if i can apply U.S. Citizenship her when she get here....

• April 4, 2017 --- I-129F mailed to Dallas, TX 75266
• April 6, 2017 --- Delivered at Dallas Lock Box
• April 13, 2017 --- NOA1 Text and Email - case accepted and routed to CSC

  April 18 , 2017 --- NOA1 Date on hard copy notice

• Now NOA 2 waiting begins Good Luck To All......
