I just checked the uscis website and it said « my card was delivered to me by the post office ». I’m out of town so one of my friend is checking the mail for me and I know I got something from the Social Security Administration. Would that be it?

It should not take more than 3 weeks. Call USCIS and ask for the tracking number then you know exactly where it is.
Awesome! Thank you!!

Hi!
How long does it take to get the actual EAD card once you receive the approval notice? I got the letters 12 days ago for my work and travel permit.
-
I got 2 letters from uscis today, my EAD got approved!! I wasn’t really thinking about it anymore except for yesterday, when I checked the thread and here it was! My original NAO is 2/22/2018, it got approved on July 9th and my field office is Portland, Oregon.
Good luck to everybody, hang in there 🙏🏼

Hey everyone,
My 1st daughter's EAD arrived today (my 2nd daughter already got hers last week). So now we are complete. awaiting her SSN in the mail in the next 3 or 4 days. Now we just need to get ready for the AOS interview coming up on the 6th of August.
To all those waiting on their EADs and Interview dates I say hang in there its a matter of having patience. Good luck to you all.
Congratulations!!!

Just got some good news! I just logged into the DHS site and our case has finally switched to "Your card is being produced" as of June 8th. When I logged in during the morning on Friday, it still said "Your case has been received" so I wasn't expecting this update. I just logged in on a whim tonight and was surprised to see this status. So, hopefully, we'll have the green card this week. I am so happy to have this step almost over. We also feel very lucky to have gone from submission to card received in only 4 months. I'll keep checking in and let everyone know once we receive the card. Good luck everyone!
What a great news!! So happy for you guys!

This sound like great news! Thanks for the update. Let us know what it is.
I called USCIS and they told me there was no update so I don’t know what that means 🤷🏻♀️ I think it might just means someone looked at it. The notifications don’t really work though, there is no update since they received the fee and all that even though I’ve had my biometrics appointment in March. I’ll just wait and hope for a letter!

Good morning everybody! I received a notification from the USCIS website saying “ we have taken an action on your case “. I needed to log into my account but of course it got blocked due to multiple attempts ( I couldn’t remember the password). I’m going to call USCIS to reset my password but any idea what it means??

I got my EAD rejection letter today. Completely my fault in the easiest Form
I filled it on outdated Form
but it is okay, I will resend it tomorrow.
Hi!
if You will be filing for AOS of course You need your birth certificate but also a translatoon. You can do it by yourself and let somebody familiar with both languages sign it for You, I guess it will be easier to find somebody like that in your country. Also take your vaccination record worksheet that You got from immigration doctor. And after you cross the border Print your i-94. You will need your noa2 but that I guess your fiance should have, other than this I guess You all set. i hope I helped
I hope you were able to resend it! Hopefully now everything will be fine and you will get the NAO1 for the EAD very soon!!

How long after your receipt text notifications did you get it?
Thanks!
My NAO1 date is March 9th but I got the texts and emails last Sunday. I then received the letter for the I-131 on Thursday (03/15) and the ones for the I-485, the I-765 and biometrics letter yesterday (03/17). I hope that helps!

I just got my letter for my biometrics!! It's in two weeks, I'm so excited! Do I have to bring my AOS package to the appointment?

They called back!!!
Lady told me they accepted my i-485 and i-131 but they rejected ead, so I will need to fix it and send it back to them. The NOA were send to me March 10. She said to wait up to one week. Such a relief!
Oh gosh good!!! So happy for you! At least you just one have to do do again

Nothing
I got a note from post office that they got a package for me but Im afraid it is not from uscis but from my mom from Poland. I will check tomorrow as post office is closed for today.
can I ask when u called uscis all you had to provide was your name or they wanted any tracking number or any other information?
If you sign up for usps informed delivery on their website you can track what you are getting in the mail, they scan everything. That way you might be able to see if it's from uscis or your mom

Happy for you bro. They received mine on the 26th of Feb. No texts or emails. I'm beginning to feel some frustration.
Thank you! Mine was received on the 23rd and got the notifications on Sunday so I'm pretty sure you will hear something this week!

Thank you so much for that information, I am losing my mind
Looks like our packets probably went on the same desk of the same lazy uscis worker...
You should definitely call and give it a try!!

Well I am confused a little, because I send the 18-pages i-485 but it was filled before the edition in december. But all they did was changing a layout a little, they didnt change No questions at the Form so I will be a little dissapointed if that was a reason for sending it alk back... but it was my fault, cause I didnt check the edition, I actually didnt know that they put edition date on bottom left corner of each page, all I checked is expiration date which say 2019 so I assumed it will be fine... I still got hope that they maybe accept it and I will receive my notifications this week. But I will be prepared if I will get all packet back. It is just so depressing to wait so long when everyone already getting their paper NOA’s ;(
Did you call them to ask them personnaly? If not, I would probably call them and ask about that issue. That's true that it doesn't make any sense to get refused if the questions are exactly the same!

Congrats! Here still nothing. But I am expecting all packet back, today I am filing Form again so it will be ready when it come.
Thank you! That's a good idea if you are sure you will get your package back, that will make you save time!

I got a letter from USCIS yesterday, my Green Card appointment is scheduled for next month!! My field office is Portland, Oregon. I can’t believe it’s happening, I didn’t expect any of that to happen « so soon » even though the wait has been killing me every day!
