Please remember that tier one customer service agents can really only tell you the exact information that they can find online. They are not immigration officers and they cannot really see into the details of your case. Because they aren't immigration officers, I doubt that they even have the authority (or working knowledge) to tell a person anything besides the official processing times. I'm sure they can only quote your status that you get online as well as the processing times listed on the USCIS website, that's why for any issues concerning the details of your case- you've got to speak to a tier 2 officer. With that being said, I also don't think it's beneficial for anyone to bombard them with calls.
According to VJ, 179 out of 381 cases for March have their NOA2. I'm sure it is actually more than that, considering the amount of people that open an account, fill in their timeline, and then never return to VJ to update their timeline. Keep in mind, that is just a minute fraction of the cases USCIS has to adjudicate.
With all of that said, I believe our NOA2's will be coming soon- the number of March approvals shows us that they are actively working on March!

True, that is why I got confused "beneficiary received an email with PDF of NOA2" . Well, we do it ourselves. Hopefully, we received ours soon.

This is the last thing everyone patiently (not really) waiting on NOA2's needs to worry about! I believe USICS is backlogged and NOA2's require around 3.5 months to send out - so we're on track! I've worked with the US and Canadian Gov't for years and the summer months are brutal…things move extremely slowly as the majority of staff use holidays in these months making it harder for things to move along (short staff, lack of overtime pay, etc.). As frustrating as the 100+ day wait is.. it is a reasonable time frame.
I'm new to this group and sadly a late April filer! I absolutely love the positivity of this group and how optimistic everyone continues to be, as its so easy to get discouraged on a daily basis. I'm hoping to see lots of approvals soon - we all deserve it!!!

My fiance called the USCIS today, he has to make corrections for the termination of his marriage. He talked to a Tier 1 and below was his message to me:
Called hon. Guy said to send letter to address on the 797 letter explaining error and send the documentation to back that up. Also said expected decision date based on current backlog is 3.5 more months 😞 I can probably send it tomorrow honey. Seems we may have a lot of time, at least per the person I speak with. He said 3.5 months from today when a decision would be made, approve or reject. That's what I understood. And 3.5 months is for everyone filing April 20. Our case would be same estimated timing as all others submitted on April 20, is generic answer per date filed.. Was first person I speak with so sure was tier 1. With this given information, seems like we will have to wait a little more time. -

That's true, every case and situation is different. We included pictures with both our families and also his co-workers. A funny thing about our pictures is my hair was super short when we first met, and now is pretty long... So you can see it grow along with the relationship 😊

Yep, everyone's, because it's just an average estimated thing. It has to do with things getting slow for 4th of July and USCIS playing catch-up with older cases, as it proves their official processing times moved to 15th February and there have been approvals for that month
This is one of those cases where I don't like to be right about how the timeline would move further again
Then, in a positive note. Someone from 22 March received date got approved on 7/7 (Lucky Sevens for them), but just got the hardcopy in the mailbox on Saturday (7/15). So just because we don't see movement, it doesn't mean there's none.
Let's try to enjoy the week while waiting. It's closer, and it's coming.

That screenshot was from one of the members in our Group Chat in FB, I guess, USCIS app for smartphone.
I checked mine and it says, Case Was Received, hehehe. No update yet. But knowing that some of the Aprilites, received an update, it is quite good though. Only means our time or turn will be soon.

UPDATE: 5 minutes ago I got an update on our package saying it's at the post office and should be delivered today.
So I guess my plan worked... I've seen other people getting updates on their delays right after ranting about it in some public forum. Incredibly enough that has just worked for me, or so I hope. Must be some kind of cosmic law!

Some of girls in our FB group already received updates on their status, but the update was for RFE. So, they are really touching the April applicants.
It is coming!!!

I'm trying to share the archive with the cases again. Can someone tell me if you can see that (no privacy issues)?
