The language in that section is confusing, yes. However, the beneficiary's passport information should be included.
ok, i will do that. How about the date of marriage ended. we both got married only once and we are still together. should i write N/A or leave it blank?
My passport has my maiden name and next month i will change my status and family name. Im sure i will have my new passport then. will that be okay? Im afraid it would affect my application

When the person actually lives at the address being used, there is no "In care of". That's for sending mail to another person's address. It's seldom applicable in cases where the petitioner actually has a residence in the US.
thank you very much! how about the question asking for passport number and travel document that is in number 47-48. do i need to fill out? i am comfused because i thought this is only for bebegiciary who has entered the US

guys please help me again! i am now starting to fill in the ds 160 form for B2 application. It is clearly stated to type my surname basing on my passport and i haven't changed mu status. the problem is there is a question regarding if i have immediate relative in the US, when I type my husbands surname it is not acceptable because his doesn't match my surname. i haven't changed my status including my surname but i have my marriage contract with me. what should i do?

Thank you everyone! You're all a big help, indeed. @JE57 I am not a saudi citizen, im a pure filipino working here in saudi arabia. So, I'll go on with my application knowing that it will affect my future application for spousal visa.

@Boiler is it possible to apply for spousal visa while holding a recent tourist visa? i miss my husband already and I could not wait for a longer time. just a chance to spend a short time with him will be enough. after that i could wait for spousal visa even if it takes year
-
I mean my husband will start the petition for spousal visa after my vacation after I get back here in saudi arabia. would it be fine?
-
thank you. what bothers me is that, if it would be fine for us to apply for spousal visa after leaving US for a month of vacation?
-
@Roel as what u have said it will take years and that is the reason why i want to apply for tourist visa because i really miss him now. if i got the visa i can visit him anytime right? another question is, if visa is already granted can i immediately apply for spousal visa? hoping it will never create a conflict my latter application

Hello fello VJ's! I am married to a LPR and i want to give him a surprise visit on our anniversary through a tourist visa. Is it possible that I will be given a chance to enter US being married to a lpr? If yes, after my vacation, we will start our application early nextyear for spousal visa. Is it okay to have a tourist visa and apply for I-130 afterwards?
Thank you!
