I called this afternoon and the rep told me case went to supervisor review February 27 so they have until April 11 to complete the case ...we just did not get lucky in the system :/ 16 weeks and counting praying for everyone to have a cc very soon!!!!!!

if the worst case scenario for us happens with cc April 11 do you think we have a chance for a May interview?? Interview will be in Juarez and they say that consulate accepts a lot of cases for interviews 

Hi everyone! Any cc this week? I'm trying to stay hopeful! Today is marks 10th week of 2nd scan date (January 5) 1st scan (November 22  )

We are on week 10 from 2nd scan date and week 16 total... Driving me crazy that it has been closed yesterday and today we lost 2 days!

Yes! Be hopeful and keep calling. If the rep tells you no supervisor is available, ask for a supervisor callback. And then also ask when supervisors will be available. I have had reps tell me they are in a meeting and should be available after an hour. I feel like sometimes you just have to be lucky...

Sorry you have been going through this for so long  you know how I feel!! I will call first thing in the morning and ask to speak to a supervisor ??

Thanks for commenting and it has been in supervisor review in January and review department in February then supervisor review again I think ... The rep on the phone does say everything looks good I'm just so over the visa center ? as we all are

Congrats too everyone on their cc and interview dates! I'm writing just to see if there is anyone else who has been waiting as long as us? This is getting very frustrating our scan date was November 22 (week 16 now and counting) and our 2nd scan is January 5...I get very hopeful seeing others with January scan dates and cc I just really want some answers already it really isn't fair what they put us through...

I agree with you it isn't fair also how they say "up to 8 weeks" when this is our 16th week waiting already and no answers!! We have to stay positive and have hope during this long and frustrating process because once it is over we don't have to do this again ??

Going on week 10 from 2nd scan date (week 16 in total of waiting....) praying this is our week coming up!!!!

Congrats to everyone on their cc's! Hoping to get ours by next week ... Question just to confirm the 3 N/A ... the third N/A is under "affidavit of support fee"? It should go from paid to N/A to determine if the case is completed? 

I have a question... My husband applied for the CR1 visa because we got married April 2, 2015... However it says that if your marriage is 2 years long or more once your visa is issued then you receive the IR1 visa ... Does this mean (considering I don't think he will get it until May at this rate) that he will receive the IR1 visa even tho we applied for the CR1?

@TeeA10 I have no idea  but I'm glad I have answers now ... Thanks I hope we all get CC this process has been more stressful than USCIS stage 

Just spoke to a rep on the phone she explained the whole process and why it has been taking so long ... Our original scan date was November 22 they received the packet however she said they didn't receive the online application until January 5 (even tho we submitted it on November 16...) so that means that our official scan date is January 5 making it week 9 for us (stinks that we lost a good 6 weeks)... She then said it went to supervisor review and is now in the review department ... Fingers crossed for a CC this week !

@iristan wow I can't believe we are dealing with these long processing times :/ I hope you get a CC this week ... I am going to call this morning and I will try to connect with a supervisor so they can explain the delays better to me ... Fingers crossed for everybody in this situation ... Makes you worry when you see people with December and January scan dates already have case completes and some even an interview date :/

@laulholley we just hit week 15.. I'm sorry you are waiting so long like us but it doesn't make me worry as much to hear we are not the only ones ... I hope you get a CC any day ?

@Hannah9285 Have you thought about involving your state senator? It might be something to think about if you keep getting the run around from NVC/supervisors, and if your attorney isn't getting answers either. I really hope for you a CC so soon.  

@Ahmed & Amy that's what my parents mentioned because they have a contact! I think we might have to get him involved if it drags on ... Thanks I hope too maybe this is our week ?

I agree! Called many times already lawyer too... The same info that it is in review .. Planning to call next week to speak with someone who can explain all of this clearly considering it's been so long ...

Did you print out the DS260 confirmation page? While we were waiting, I would call and the representative asked if  the DS260 was completed.  I did yes, I have the confirmation. I was told the DS260 is not reviewed until the entire package is reviewed.   Our case was completed in exactly 8 weeks. 

Thanks I will call Monday .. And yes everything included and the confirmation page was included as well :/ our lawyer says it all depends on who reviews your case some are slower than others but will call Monday
