here is our fun story,my wife received phone call few days ago from embassy ,that they need different type of document,she has to upload a new one to nvc which is still down.. they said if we won't upload it until her interview,they will reschedule it!! And here the best part of this story,interview is tommorow. ..

I think it's great that you're thinking about. Death makes people uncomfortable, that's why we're having people laughing at the post about the suicide hotline even though suicide rates in the US has increased by 25% since 1999. 
 
We're all going to die, might as well be prepared for it which will make it easier for our loved ones.  

What usually happens is that the widow (and her new hot young oily beefcake) enjoy a life of work free luxury and travel on our hard earned gains

IS there a page where you can check NVC processing times?  Our case was shipped 2,5 months ago from Nebraska to NVC,i took them 1,5 months to receive case... and now i'm waiting for month until they will assign case number to our case.. is this normal?

A bill passed in California called AB60, would allow your fiance to get a drivers licence. She basically has to prove that she is a resident (bills under her name, bank accounts, lease agreement and etc.) without any legal immigration status. They will then issue her a Drivers license after she passes the tests and it will be valid for I think about 5 years. She will only have to go to DMV when she gets a social security number so they could link it with the Drivers license.

The savings are definitely enough, but most embassies want the assets to be US based, so the government has access to it if necessary. I am not sure on your specific embassy, but if you can, I would suggest opening a US based bank account and transfering at least half the money there.

Yes. Just remember you have to show that you are or will be living in the USA.
