I'm editing my TIMELINE journey.... I'm in the lifting data section.

My CIS service center is "MSC" - Missouri Service Center (National Benefits Center).... but in the drop-down list, there is no option for me to select MSC or National Benefit Center.  I submitted to the Phoenix lockbox by the way and my reciept number in I-797 NOA starts with MSCXXXX

Any update on adding "MSC" (Missouri Service Center (National Benefit Center)" to the drop-down list for "Lifting Data Section" ?

Helppp! So, I got married MARCH 2015 but then when I filed my taxes for 2015 I put Single because I was recently married then. And I haven't change my status on SSN as married that time. Now, I have to submit taxes form to NVC to petition my husband. I claimed married filing separately the following year. What do i do? Will there any red flags?

doesn't 2015 taxes is for year 2014? so you weren't married then... i think it's okay?

hi guys, my PD is 28/05 Potomac service center, i see many other cases that were filled after my PD are being approved. i still haven't heard anything from USCIS. called my attorney yesterday, she said, wait for another 30to35 days as they are still reviewing Early May cases? i'm confused what should i do. it's been almost 7 months now.  checked on USCIS website. my online status says case received.  is that it? i'm very angry and confused. what should i do? i'm thinking to call USCIS customer service.

Talk to Tier 2. Put in a case service request, this means they will talk to Potomac, they should reply within 2 weeks to give you a case status. Most likely they will just simply reply "delayed due to Additional review" because it's christmas break time. I recommend if after Jan 7, you don't anything, then put in a Case Service Request via Tier 2 support. It's because it's a holidays, people take time off for vacation, it's slower around the christmas time.

Make sure to note down the Case Service Request # they should give you.

Also don't worry, I am April 26th PD, Texas, US Citizen, and I haven't been approved either. No worries ;)

So I filed a service request about a few weeks ago since it has been 230 days for us now with no approval. We got a notice back saying that they had to perform additional review on our case that caused a delay in processing time. And that our case is currently with an adjudicating officer and we should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.

Does approval really come within 60 days or can it take even more time? Can someone please tell me what really happens after this response of service request.
When should we expect to hear a decision? Its been sooo long :(

    Hi,

I filed a service request too on Dec 14, and then USCIS gave me the SAME exact reply as you on Dec 18 .... "delayed due to Additional review".  This is despite getting told by Tier 2 operator that a Adjudicating officer was assigned to my case on Nov 30th.  It's been over 230 days for me too.

My PD is May 30th as well with TSC. I’m happy for June approvals but I also really want them to work on ours as well. I hate how mysterious this whole process is. I’ve no idea how there are still pending cases in May while June is being approved if they work on cases in chronological order like they say they do. I check my mail every day as soon as I get home. I refresh the app like a 100 Times a day. I miss my husband so much. It’s so depressing and frustrating :(

My PD is May 30, Texas Service Center. I see that some June application are approved. Mine says 195 days, why they are not working on may cases and are approving june cases. 😔

    Hi Anna and Mahias.

It's okay, My PD date is April 28th, TSC, (see my signature for more details)

My case was over 226 days. I called Tier 2, they said they JUST started looking at my case on Nov 30th. It should take a week to 10 days for approval after Nov 30th for me.

You guys should expect something by end of December. Just don't worry, don't read these boards too often. LOL, it may stress you out too much knowing May people are basically done... (I'm April!) lol

  8. Hi all!

Based on everyone's advice, I went ahead to call USCIS to talk to Tier 2 support.

My background: i'm US Citz, sponsoring Spouse with  PD date: Apr 28, 17 in Texas Service Center.

The tier 2 support told me one Officier JUST "touched my case" and began reviewing it on Nov 30th (today is Dec 6). So based on other people's post, I should expect a decision 1 week to 10 days from having an officer assigned to the case.

YAY, it's good news. They may ask for RFE or approve... we will see. Don't worry! Either call USCIS to ask if an officer has been assigned.   My case has been 222 days (as of today) since PD... so it's worth a call if you are 180 days or 200 days or more from PD.

My PD is April 25th at TSC & nothing yet. My receipt number still says invalid since they never entered it to begin with. It's frustrating but hopefully we'll hear something soon!

According to VJ, it says I-130 for spouse CR1 , they are process April 26 as of this post.

See here on the right hand side.

So you and me are up now (I'm PD Apr 26), we should hear in the mail within the next week or two.

ACcording to here, only 50% of the April filings have been processed by TSC (this number may be not accurate due to reporting by members who haven't updated their timeline... but it's a  estimate)

It's been over 6 months for me & still says invalid!

Hi, my PD is April 26, I-130 spouse (USCitizen), using Texas service center (TSC)

Same as you, I called at 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 120 days, 150 days to get updates on Case Number (Case # status on website says my case is invalid still)

The last time I called, they said they are moving to a new database or system, so not all have been transfered or there might be errors. So no worries if the case # still says invalid.

According to VisaJourney timeline, they estimate that you and me should get our approval last week or this week (Nov 1 - 9), so hopefully it's in the mail soon. Keep in touch with me, we have similar PD dates! Are you USCitizen too?
