USCIS Website still shows that they are processing 31 May 2016 I-751 Applications.  It's been that way for 2 months + now.   Guess We'll call tomorrow and ask for a transfer to ask yet again, what is going on.

    D-

They (CSC) are actually working on May/16 petitions for over 5 months now. I too find it hard to believe/understand. We actually saw some movement last week, but it seems was just a 'flash in the pan' kinda of thing, unfortunately.

    Hello Everyone,

I wanted you guys to know that my husband got approved today.. I usually come on here to read up on what is going on with everyone else.  I  signed up for alerts on the USCIS site so I just received a text saying that there was an update and here is what the site said

    New Card Is Being Produced

On April 6, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC***************, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

You can add me to the list if you like

Sent in package to California: 5/26/16

    Letter Recv'd: 6/1/16

    Bio metrics: 7/7/16

Approval text on status update: 4/6/17

Thank you all and good luck :)

Hey congratulations on the approval, but I believe you should remove your personal info (wac number) immediately!!

Just got approved brothers and sisters am so so happy. Its says card is been produced hope all will go well until i see my card. Tomorrow would have been 10months! All the best for u my fellow june filers!!!!noa1 june 6/6/16.... approved 4/5/17

Congratulations Leeann I know you were pretty upset about the delay an all (like me and the wife also are), I hope this brings joy and peace of mind for you from now on, you deserve it:D

  4. Was looking up news about our CSC center, trying to find something that would at least partially explain the delay and stumbled upon this: https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/04/03/us/tech-visa-applications-h1b.html

It's about the record number of H1b that are being delivered at the Laguna Niguel Office. Im not sure if it affects us, or to what extent, but the massive number of trucks and the humongous amount of applications certainly made an impression on me.

Anyways, just wanted to shed some light on one of the possible reasons why CSC is being so slow..

BTW glad to see that despite the odds we are seeing progress with the new approval: congratulations and good luck to us all, we are almost there.

@rjm_cmyk Did ever receive your DL? I am going through that process right now and the guys at the Daly City DMV where a bit clueless with the I-751 Extension letter...so had to explain...

I went through the same situation. Gave them the letter (in person) and everything, could see they were lost over it. After 2 months and no response whatsoever, I called DMV's legal presence department (916) 657-744 in Sacramento and after like 10 days the license came in the mail, also longer than the I 751 letter. Call them if it takes long.

I am September Filer, I have seen that June Cases are already completed early march, so that means they already started working on July Cases. I am expecting that August filers will start hearing something in last week of April or first week on May.

Hi there. I'm a June filer..where have you seen that june cases are alreadt done? So far I've heard of only three of us being approved (?)...

I may or may not be moving within the next month but just in case I am, I want to ask how do I notify USCIS about change of address at this point? I just don't want to miss a possible RFE *knock wood* or Green Card.

There's 2 ways to do it, far as I know: online, through your account (if you have one), and over the phone. I would not settle for just the online thing. I read of people who did and it didnt go through as it should. Make sure you call the 800 #, ask for a tier 2 officer. He/she will state his/her name and credentials, write that down, and inform you are calling to report a change of address. Better safe than sorry right...good luck, shouldn't be long now. :)

From how things are going, looks like CSC will spend 5+ months processing May applications.

It's already 4.5 months on just May 2016 applications. . Nothing makes sense anymore lol.

Crazy thing is, it's one big black box and no one has a clue on what's going on once your case is received but I don't blame them. The process is tagged as a benefit so in a way the government feels as though it's doing us a favor which may be a reason why there is no inclination to speed things up.

On the subject of security checks holding applications, I refuse to believe that fairy tale. If the FBI wants information on ANYONE, they will get it in a matter of days. It's all about priority and the  security check BS is exactly what it is - BS.

Anyway just ranting..Happy Friday folks :jest:

    Amen.

    I understand.

The point is that CSC is already working on June filers and VSC is far from it.

    This is what I meant.

It's OK, we got it and I'm with you on it. You - as most of us do here - are just airing your frustration out, in your case for VSC being behind. But mind you that CSC is stuck at May for almost 5 months now (they're not exactly processing June, as only 2 around here were randomly approved, technically they are May 31st as it says on their website) and, in the same period, as @MaleAlpha pointed out, VSC has moved up 3 months. From the look of things I believe they plan to level all Centers out: all of them taking a year or more to deliver a decision. Sad for all of us

  10. Hey guys...could someone shed some light on a topic?...right now CSC is processing May 31st and before, correct? OK, so does that mean that, for the last 9 1/2 months, our files (June) were just sitting there, with no processing done to it whatsoever, besides biometrics? Meaning, nothing else has been done to any case that is prior to May 31 in all those months? Do USCIS really take that long to actually "start" analyzing the cases? Or, on the other hand, when they finally post the processing times they've reached a 'final step' for that specific month, after most of the processing has been done, and that 30 days are just a final part of the process, when they reach a stage where a decision can be made? Thanks in advance.

I'm surprised to hear that VSC has already started working on May cases. That's very good news.

You got some good advise from @LUAL and @WinnfieldJules. Send in as much as possible (multiple sworn affidavits is a great idea) and give a good cover letter explaining why you fall short on certain items. I don't think you'll see a denial without first getting a second interview. If you have a real marriage the second interview will be a mere inconvenience.

Wishing you the best...don't sweat it.

I believe Esorio is a CSC filer.

    OK VJ Family------- RFE

I am May 4, I had called USCIS, I had received e-mails from USCIS with generic answer, and yesterday a received a RFE letter from, asking for a bunch of docs for my Good faith marriage, must of the paper they're asking we do have sent, with exception of loans together and credit card statement.

Is there any person here that has received a RFE, also here??

Esorio, I've been watching your case for some time. Don't let the RFE put you down. From what I've seen here soon after you submit what they asked for you get approved, provided you send good evidence.  Make sure you explain the reasons why you guys don't have a CC together (bad credit). also make sure to send anything and everything with both of your names on it. Even receipts for appliances, furniture, etc.. I know they've asked for loan or CC, but trust me, send everything you have on you two. That helps make your evidence more solid. Me and my wife always buy stuff like furniture and appliances at walmart, home depot and best buy and they have our account there with both of our names on it on their computer. If you have joint health or life insurance for this fiscal year 2017 send it too.. also consider utilities..Is the car(s) under both of you? If not, maybe she's listed on your insurance as an additional driver? ask her parents to sign affidavits, and/or friends. 2-3 is usually what pple send. If who's signing is a USC include a copy of the 1st page of their us passaport. If you have costco membership, joint gym account (or maybe under you, appointing her as a 2nd), put it in the bag as well. What about power of attorneys? That's a very handy thing to have btw. Or a will?

Best of luck man, I'm sure you guys will go through this with no prob at all, and soon enough you'll get the card.

Can u tell what's happening at csc now? I am a june filer and is been 10months here already. waiting with no good news of 1 person  approved.

Well said, I honestly can't see the logic of pushing everything to CSC, considering that his Office has been stuck on  May/16 for over 4 1/2 months, with little to NO processing done, and an unbelievable 4:1 ratio (4 months to process one), while VSC already picked up and is processing Feb/March.

Uscis updated as of Jan 31 , ---- it's may31 2016. It's for sure load transfer from Vermont to csc because in month the they covered 2 months . It's on feb 2016

Perfect. Overburden CSC even more, like if was not enough the fact that for the last 4 months we have been stuck on May/16 with little to no movement. It's really difficult to figure this out. And to accept it, matter of fact. Lord help us.

I won't keep my hopes up.

Movement from May 14 - May 31st in 4 months isn't good news in my opinion.

At this rate, it looks like the turn around time to process applications for each month is about 3-4 months. Hopefully, it doesn't stay this way for a long time.

They haven't even gotten to June applications yet.

Im with you on this one, won't hold my breath either.

Hate to be the prophet of chaos but if they don't break the pattern 4:1 - 4 months to process 1, we (June filers) could potentially be looking to Aug/Sep. That would be unheard of. And chaotic. Actually not only for us juners but also to everyone else afterwards. Knocking on wood here

  16. 3 hours ago, MaleAlpha said:

Most likely explains why there has been a delay in CSC adjudications.

CSC has been stuck on May applications for 4.5 months (since November 2016).

From the look of things, they won't be getting to June probably until April or May.

They may get to July applications in June or July. We're all in for a long ride. sad!

Possibly. What is astonishing is the fact that VSC is currently processing way faster than CSC, so what's the logic with this transfer?? Bury CSC even deeper? Also, if CSC actually starts adjudicating June applications in April/May like you suggested, and the existing pattern continues (considering they are on May for 4 months now), it could hypothetically take us till Aug/Sep to be processed. I hope to God I'm just digressing here and none of this actually happen. But then Ive been hoping for so long now that Im actually starting to get worried. Sad indeed,
