You can pay the $220 fees after entry into the US. The plastic Green Cards will not be sent until you do so.
Thank you do much for your reply.
So, will their passport be like a temporary proof of resident for one year until they receive their green card? Will the customs stamp a one year resident stamp on their passport ?

Hello,
Long story short, me and my parents are flying back to the US together, and I just realized I didnot pay for their green card fees online yet, I totally forgot about that, so my question would they have any issue at the POE ? Can I pay for it once we get to the US? .

I just checked the visa and it did say it,so thank you so much for the clarification.

Do the IR5 visas have the annotation "IV DOCS IN CCD"? If so, that means the visa case files will be sent electronically, so no need for sealed envelopes to be handed over to CBP at POE.
Where can I see this annotation ?

Hello,
I have a question I received today my parents passport with a stamped Visa IR5 Visa category from aramax in Casablanca Morocco but they did not give me a sealed envelope with them, so I am wondering if the US Consulate gives a sealed envelope to each one of them or not to take once they enter the Port of Entry in the US?

Tourists and others are not required to have vaccines. Only immigrants. This is because everyone knows only immigrants can spread COVID. Science.
Yes, I agree with you, and to me this is the most stupid law that CDC and the US government is doing nowadays.

Yes, I’m aware of that recent announcement but I’m not sure it applies.
“This policy change does not affect the Covid vaccination requirement for foreign nationals seeking U.S. permanent residence (green card). Until further notice, adjustment of status and immigrant visa applicants must continue to show proof of vaccination, or eligibility for an exception, in order to pass their green card medical exams. It should be noted that, in general, green card medical exams require several vaccinations that are not required for international travel. Termination of any vaccination requirement for green card medical exams would require a separate announcement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).“
That’s the closest thing I could find - but it’s from an immigration law firm, and not an official government source. If you look up “CDC Technical Instructions for Panel Physicians”, which is the guide for the immigration medicals, they haven’t made any recent announcements.
I could see them clarifying this soon though.
Thank you for this beneficial information.

I’ve not seen any official update actually to the immigrant requirements - looks like only non-immigrants at the moment are affected by the lift.
The reason why I asked because if this declaration

Hello,
I have a question, is it true that on May 11th the US government will stop requiring to be fully vaccinated by COVID-19 vaccines before you attend medical examination?
-
Hello,I have a question,My parents are waiting for an interview to be scheduled under visa category IR5 immigration visa, one if them is fully vaccinated and the other is not due to health issues.Under this requirements by CDC,What You Need to Know- If you are a non-U.S. citizen who is a nonimmigrant (not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa), you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the United States from a foreign country.
Why the doctors there in Morocco that were approved by the US embassy to run the medical test requiring the immigrant visa applicants to be fully vaccinated by COVID 19 vaccination before attending the appointment since the CDC clearly stating that it is not required for the immigrant visa applicant to travel by air to United States by air ?. -

The second interview went well (according to my wife).
The interviewer went through all normal interview questions from scratch: how did you meet? when did you get married? where does your husband work? chat history, wedding pictures, when was the last visit? last visit pictures, hotel confirmations, ... basically all the staff covered by VJ members for the interviews.
My wife said that at the end, the interviewer said that they wanted to ensure the marriage was bona fide. He said everything looked good.
He returned the chat history pages to my wife, and he said that everything is good and he would give the information to the CO for the final decision.
But until they call my wife for an updated medical, I will remain skeptical, because we never know, the CO might have a different opinion.
We remain hopeful, this has been a long AP process, 9 months so far
I hope the best for you.

Thank you @JeanneAdil.
for the money receipts, I, the usc, was sending my wife money on a monthly basis. I don’t need money from her, I make a quarter million a year, and my paystubs and tax returns show that (they have all that already).
How was the interview ?

The required documents is found on the NVC processing site. No one can give you a watertight single list as the documents required will vary accirding to individual circumstances
Thank you for the feedback.
I am dealing with the US General consulate in Morocco, and most likely these are the required civil docs by the NVC.

Hello guys,
I had a problem recently with Air Canada on Friday 2nd, I was traveling back from Morocco with my parents, and when I got to thr check in desk, they told me that my parents are required to have an ETA ( electronic travel authorisation ) before they can issue them a plane ticket even though they are connecting planes in Canada to get to the US, I didnot have enough time to do that or look for info, and they didnot help us either over there in the airport. So i ended up leaving my parents and coming on my own since I didnit have enough time to do all these, so I don't know if someone went through the same problem as me, and what is the solution to this problem ?
I am a US citizen, and my parents are coming to the US on IR5 Visa, and the travel company Air Canada failed to inform me about this new law.
