You really need to consider putting in your timeline so people will have a better idea of where you are in the process and it will give you a better idea of when to possibly expect your NOA 2 although according to your message above you don't have it but you got the CFO and vaccines already? I guess no harm in an early CFO but part of the medical fee includes the vaccines weather she gets them or not they charge as if she were to have them all. Bring the documents from her doctor to St. Lukes some of those you don't want double dosage especially in such a short period of time.

I apologize, my timeline has been updated. Maybe it's not showing. We're at the NVC stage now..but yes, definitely will be bringing medical records there haha

When you have the  mnl number from the nvc. You can pay the Visa fee at BPI. Print the deposit slip or MRV slip from here http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/pmisdepositslip.htm?amount=265&country=philippines

Then you can schedule the interview here https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

And when you have the appointment you can schedule medical here

    Thank you😊

Technically you could start the DS-160 even before you filed the I-129F.

I have not heard of any 6 NVC steps might be for CR-1 Spousal Visa

It does NOT ask for your WAC number or your NVC number.

It's the government so they need to give you a 3rd number an A# which is generated when you create the DS-160.

Just be sure to log in every 30 days or until you have completed the application otherwise the data will be lost.

The beneficiary needs to load a digital photo of themselves as well.

Ours is complete and confirmation page has been printed out.

Day 127 here and expecting at least another 30 day way before NOA 2.

So does she schedual her interview on the DS160 also? Is there any penalty for waiting until it gets fwd to the emabssy?

Just call the the NVC at (603) 334-0700.  Hit 1 for English and then 7 for a Representative.  I'd call very early or after 9pm Eastern.  I called twice after 9 pm Eastern.  The first time I waited a minute and found that it wasn't received.  When I called last Friday, there was no waiting, and I got the numbers..

Pm? They have people working at night? I'm in California it's 6pm here..so 9pm in New Hampshire

A couple weeks back the case status was working fine. The past few days people have been finding out through the post and their status still says case was received. It can go either way.

    Hello all,

I was able to get through to the USCIS on the phone and was transferred to a Tier 2 officer. This was last week. The Officer told my that our case was being processed in the California Service Center. When I pressed and asked if a officer had been assigned he said yes. I asked if he could give me an estimate of when we would receive the NOA2 and he said based on my NOA1(April 4) then it would be sometime this month or, at the latest, the first week of September. Did anyone else have an experience like this with a Tier 2 officer. I read that some people got exact information on their case while others didn't get as much information as I did. I take him at his word that it will be this month or September but I feel like he was just ballparking to get me off the phone. He kept saying they were 3 months behind but I don't know what to do with that information.

You got a good officer, most the time they have no idea what's going on at the service centers. But you got one who probably took the time to actually do his job and look into it..haha not often

I am so sorry to read this, can you not request them to resend the letter considering they said they sent it nearly 2 weeks ago. Hopefully your RFE is something simple.

    Once again I'm so sorry!!

Sorry to hear that, we all try to think of logical reasons of why the USCIS works the way it does..but absolutely NO idea comes to mind as to why they are as extremely untrustworthy as they are.
