They need more Evidence of our Bonafide marriage. although we sent everything thing we had at the time..

But we had a baby after that. , so we will be sending  her birth certificate,  and the new TAx return

I got a notification from the USCIS today. I got RFE  I don’t know why I would get one. I’m still waiting for it to get here. Is it common to get an RFE this late in the process? LIN filler

5/24/2019: ROC sent to USCIS Dallas via USPS (Day 1)

5/28/2019: ROC received date (Day 5)

6/4/2019: 18 month Extension letter received through Mail - Assigned to LIN (Day 12)

10/4/2019: ASC Appointment Notice date (Day 134)

10/16/2019: ASC Appointment Notice Letter Received (Day 146)

10/21/2019: ASC Appointment Biometrics Done (Day 151)

5/12/2020: New Card is Being Produced  (Day 354)

 We had an interview for AOS so I hope we won’t get an interview for ROC

Not much movement for May fillers. I see a lot of June and even July fillers approved. I guess we are forgotten.

I don’t wanna to apply for n400 because I think May fillers will get approved soon so it will just delay i751 even more. Not to mention, USCIS is closed until further notice so people won’t be able to their interviews anyways

Some June LINers got their cases approved while April’s are still waiting. That is kinda frustrating for sure. 

I wonder Are cases worked on in the chronological order? I have noticed some cases got approved/worked on despite of being submitted later than other cases before?
