OMG we got approved! Our NOA2 arrived in the mail. NOA2 date is 05/08/2017. I can't believe it. I don't know what to feel. OMG.

I received a call back from a USCIS Officer 2 hours after my original call was escalated. She wasn't aware of any problems regarding case filings not being reported correctly to the their web or android/iPhone app. She was kind enough to forward a request to ELIS (Electronic Imigration System) to look into my complaint. She did confirm our case status being approved to NAO2 however she gave me the wrong date (05/08 vs. 05/05). When I asked her why the date in her system was wrong she didn't have an answer.
 
I emphasized the fact that their electronic reporting system is broken and the CSR I spoke with earlier stated our case was still in "Received" status. She explained the CSR's only have access to their online system (same data base that we use) and she has the ability to view my case on their production system. 
 
So regretfully no one I talked to at USCIS could give me a straight answer however at least she did put forward a system request to review my complaint to ELIS  regarding system updates not occurring. She offered no other advise.
 
It just seems like no one has any sense of urgency to address or correct a problem brought to their attention without being told to call back in another 30-45 days. The biggest joke is when your on hold the recording says to check the USCIS website for the most current information on your case as opposed to waiting for an agent. Go figure

Ok, just scratch out the word lie. Don't reveal any intention to work or school in the USA.  

This is very true, it is not lying. The fraudulent act will be u planning to move over there with your first intentions to get a job or go to school. 
 
The VISA IS NOT A STUDENT OR WORK VISA. So to even mention any of the aforementioned is not in your interest or your fiancé's. 
 
If asked about you you simply say no I'm migrating to be with my fiancé. Nothing additional, even if they prompt u you repeat the same thing. That is my advice. If u cannot do this I strongly recommend don't waste ur time goin to the interview- it is that serious.

Below is the link to the Google Drive folder where I will be putting my scanned data and analysis at the end of each business day. The scan takes about 30 minutes and then another few minutes to move into Google Drive. Expect to see new data around 11 PM Central Time (12 AM Eastern).
 
I don't want anyone volunteering to be backups because 1) I am mainly doing this for myself so that I am not dependant on anyone else, 2) I trust my own work better than anyone else's, 3) I am doing this for fun because I am bored and waiting for USCIS (so if others were doing this, I would not have fun doing it myself) and 4) I see my effort as a backup to what others are already doing. 
 
What I will be uploading is my own creation, from scratch, so it will not resemble the format of what others have been posting.

What would be interesting to see is average amount of touched cases per day of the week.
 
While I was waiting for my NOA2 I had an observation that I kept to myself because I wasn't confident it was correct.  That observation was that Monday and Tuesday were RFE concentrated days and Wednesday thru Friday were new Approval concentrated days. 
 
I might still be wrong.  But if anyone has any free time on their hands.  Maybe do a break down of the last 30 days and filter it per day of the week.  How many Approvals vs RFE's per day of the week?
 
My gut feeling tells me starting today thru Friday productivity will pick up.
 
And I can't wait for @RJandHamid to get approval after their ridiculously long wait.  Lots late January and now even February filers with frustration but damn, RJ is still a December filer waiting.  So I hope it comes soon RJ!
