They'll approve a petition for a first cousin marriage provided the questions on the I-130 were answered honestly and you otherwise qualify. The I-129F for a fiancee asks if you and your fiancee are related. The I-130 does not. Yes, there may be some additional scrutiny of the relationship bona fides at the visa interview.
A fiance visa will be granted to a first cousin couple who plans to marry in a US jurisdiction that allows it. US States recognize marriages performed in other states between man and wife. US States recognize marriages legally performed in other countries between one man and one wife.

I am also very confused about this, I called NVC and they gave me a case number on Feb 16th  but they haven't sent the papers to his embassy. Does anyone know how long it takes? They told me you can't set anything up until the embassy physically gets all the papers. ?

8-10 days after noa 2 start calling in the evening time around 7

I couldn't believe it! So what's the next step?! I call uscis for?! How long does it take for his case to reach Bogota?

Hi  everyone! This has been amazing watching everyone working together on this. My received date is Nov 3, 2016. I just downloaded the app on my iPhone. And mine doesn't show anything like this? Help please! I can't really figure out the app. Thanks
